I have made two payments, one more than advertised, now they ask me for a third party. Too expensive.
This company claims they can do unlocking services but in fact they are using a free IMEI website to look up the status. They will charge you a $27 USD fee, then several days later tell you that you need to pay an additional $42 USD Because a premium service is required. Upon paying that fee, they will tell you that unlocking is not possible, but offer another premium service for $99 USD that is guaranteed to unlock.
They refuse to refund, but instead offer a voucher for the same exact services for future use. It would be deemed useless for consumers who will most likely never need another unlock.
Being said, multiple YouTube videos exposing this fake company and threads exposing them. Can't believe you are still in business.
Nochex is involved to refund as I already file a fraud case. Don't be fooled by this faulty operation and do your research as Apple states there are no known unlocking services
A éviter complètement.
A éviter totalement.
So very interesting to me that what I read on initial reviews regarding appleiphoneunlock.uk reviews on your website were so positive, hence the reason I decided to go ahead and spend $69 for your services. Even more interesting that after we "ran into" issues and I needed to utilize the premium service, and sent an email regarding the cost of the service, 5 days ago, I have yet to hear back from anyone. Which is exactly what so many of the negative reviews on websites I read also said about your service.
I also wonder what actually does the initial $27 fee go towards? Shouldn't it have been discovered during the initial $27 service that the iproduct was locked and determined as LOST? Didn't you tell me in the finally email that you sent that there are FREE checkers? What exactly was done for $27 between 1:59pm and 2:56pm on October 13 before I received another email asking for an additional $42 to continue with the unlock?
At the end of it all, I have paid $69 for a service that was worthless. For a service that ended up telling me that I could have checked to see that the iproduct was locked FOR FREE before paying any money myself. Tonight, and every night moving forward I will be able to lay my head on my pillow at night with a clear conscience; knowing that I am not a scam artist stealing peoples money for a service that is not legit. Unfortunately, you can not say the same. AND, your LACK of communication, for 5 days with me and the history that I read of your lack of communication with the reviews on the internet prove that you KNOW that your service is a scam and is indeed NOT legit. You, appleiphoneunlock.uk should be ashamed of yourself. It is my hope that at some point in time, your scamming catches up to your conscience.
Absolute scam, a clever one too!...
Firstly, you pay £19.99 to be registered on their mailing list, followed by a second payment of £30.00. This is fine if you do your homework (I did so I was prepared for this). Most people won't realise this though as they don't make it clear.
Next, they email you saying they cannot provide an iCloud unlock because your phone/watch is marked as lost or stolen BUT not to worry, they may have a "premium" service available in 2 - 3 days and as a gesture of good will, they will allow you to use the £50 you've already spent towards it.
Next day, the premium service is live (Hooray!?) BUT it's £99.99 although it's now just £50 because you can use your credit they gave to you in good will. Oh, it also takes up to 30 days; doesn't sound so premium after all. After 30 days, nothing, 50 days, nothing, you get worried so email them... Nothing, nothing, nothing.
Your £99.99 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. And what's great is you can't claim back a section 75 claim on your credit card because that's only for transactions £100 upward.
So why are some reviews good? Well, they do network unlocks and they can do these successfully which makes happy customers. However, the entire iCloud/Activation unlock is a complete scam! Especially in the UK, because we have good laws to ban devices than are marked as Lost or Stolen.
The only way you can unlock an iCloud/Activation lock is to go to Apple with a copy of the original purchase receipt.
Saw others already posting about them and how it is absolutely misleading. They are all correct. They make you pay the initial amount, so they can regurgitate information you can easily find online, such as contact old owner, or get receipt etcetc. I wish I kept the emails they sent me saying, it's not a big deal, just pay us another 30 some odd dollars to fully unlock your phone. I absolutely refused. I rarely go and bash other companies since I know what it is like to run one. This is outright a scam. Their attitude on it was like, taking your money hostage then basically laughing at you for not being able to do anything, "so just pay up". I called my cc company and they did an investigation and refunded me, thankfully/rightfully so.
Random note for other's looking for unlocking solutions.
I found an "ionic activation bypass" probably linked from one of the top links on google and my computer has quaratined a KEYLOGGER software! THIS RECORDS YOUR KEYSTROKES! This allows them to see what you are typing, your passwords and many confidential information. Thankfully i haven't been on my computer much so hopefully they don't have any of my private info. CHECK YOUR COMP THOROUGHLY. CHECK YOUR BANKS AND CARDS TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVEN'T COMPROMISED IT. Once malware is gotten rid of, change all your passwords, or use a different device to do so. They may already have your information. You may even want to give your financial institutions heads up in case they try anything shady. Also note that this was in april that I was looking and it only flagged today like 5 months later. Be careful everyone.
DON'T USE. I was attracted to the website based on the fact that they offer an Apple activation unlock - I have lost my Apple password and have not been able to reset it, so I can't reuse an old iPhone of mine. You pay £19.99 for what you are made to understand IS the activation unlock... and 24 hours or so later I received an email, which I opened curiously, only to find that all it contained was a link to a website suggesting two courses of action: contact Apple or the seller. Duh! Both of these are standard approaches anyone can find on a search engine, I've already tried both in my case and neither of them are worth £19.99!
At this point you are offered a third course of action - the actual unlock (presumably) at an additional cost of £30.
So you already paid £19.99 for information freely available on the internet for the PRIVILEGE of being offered the service you thought you were buying in the first place for another £30!
Not sure if this works, but from a financial point of view a total sham.
(Note: Please don't respond telling me to contact your sales team - I have, asking for a refund, which was denied, but I was offered a discounted service for £23! Will be reporting to the trading standards agency.)
This site is a scam. They ask more & more $ for unlock service. They stop replying my email afterwards. Don't trust their site reviews. All made up bull$#*!s to fool more customers. I wish I never used their service!
The site is very misleading. They claim to do activation locks for $27, as soon as you order the status page asks if you have the receipt or owners email. You wouldn't need the service if you have these and if you dont then they want another $42. Misleading and borderline scam.
What can we do guys?
I thought they can unlock iPhone by imei but I was wrong
How we can get our money back?
Anyone knows that how we can do that?
Well, I did not read the reviews before paying to unlock my ipad. I am going through exactly the same thing most of the people went through here. I was stupid. Well lesson learnt the hard way. I find it interesting that after paying $27 as the initial cost, you try to email them and they do not respond at all. Then once you click for the second purchase of $42 the download or whatever starts to turn and all of a sudden you get a message from them saying the device has been reported lost/stolen/blacklisted or whatever and they tell you that a premium stuff is available in 2-3 days... AND THAT SERVICE WILL UNLOCK MY DEVICE. Thats after they mentioned in the beginning of the message that they cannot unlock it? But as a googwill gesture they will refund the original amount in the form of a VOUCHER. Now this voucher cannot be used by you to continue with your attempt to remove ilcoud locked device but can be used for other devices? FEELS LIKE SCAM THEN MUST BE A SCAM. FOOL ME ONCE SHAME ON ME. FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON YOU.
This website must be shutdown and blocked immediately. Don't get trapped. They start with 27USD, Then they ask for 32 USD and will say your phone has stolen status. They will send you another link asking to pay for premium service.
Payment will appear "£49.99 - Final payment, no further payment guaranteed"
https://appleiphoneunlock.uk
Don't get trapped. Screen shots are attached herewith.
You might get mail from this mail id
*******@appleiphoneunlock.uk
Absoliute scam, after three days of showing the down load percentage of unlock process, they then tell you your ipad is reported stolen and they want a third payment. STAY CLEAR.
They will never unlock anything.it`s just a scam site as manny others.if u want them to unlock your phone you should know icloud id and password for the unit u want to unlock otherwise they just take money from you and do nothing.so practically if u dont know those credentials they will do nothing.if u wask them they will bul$#*! about some invented terms and conditions that you never know when u make your order.so KEEP AWAY. For further informations i can give proofs
They start with 27USD. AFter that they say need additional 32USD for icloud lock removal. Then they say this phose was reported as lost and need premium service for 99Euros.
I wasted 27+32 USD... I hope these comments are reviewed by officials and they take some action.
I have made it my mission to make everyone aware of this fraudulent site, as I am so unhappy with their service.
Terrible service. You pay one amount, then they ask you for more money, which you will pay because you don't want to lose the original amount paid! Then, after I did this, they stated (after 3 days) that my iPad could not be unlocked, but that the service would be available after a few days. Well, this service did become available, but all of a sudden it is even MORE money! Which again you have to pay otherwise you lose the previous payments. This is not an honest service, and I am extremely unsatisfied. Just tell me straight up how much it costs, this is a dishonest way of getting customers to pay unspecified amounts that are arbitrarily decided by the company. AVOID.
I have emailed them 6 times and no response after 3 weeks of emailing.
Scammers, they ask you initially for 19.99 for iCloud unlock and then keep on asking you for additional costs and eventually it dies out and you don't get anything, lost 50 quid, gutted.
This company is a complete ripoff. Never got my code to unlock my iPad and when I sent an email, I get no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!
They are the professional scammers and operates under various names; i. E. AppleIphoneunlock.uk, DoctorUnlock.uk, IphoneIMEI.net' OfficialIphoneUnlock etc. etc.
Do not get tempted and trapped with them. You will loose all your money, your time and energy.

All positive reviews for them probably are fake or paid reviews
Answer: Same as Hermant A. They charged me 27, then 46, then after 3 days said my device couldnt be unlocked. Then 3 days later they offered me a 'premium service' for an extra 30! I did not pay the extra 30 and since then they have never replied to my emails. Terrible. Avoid.
Answer: Terrible, they reply to initial email with request for further money and if you won't pay they ignore every other email sent
Answer: You only get a voucher, no real money back. They are scammers, avoid them as the pest. You only get a voucher, no real money back.
