They took my money and didn't give anything back! Just promises
Now they stopped answering email so i guess they move to the next scam

It's £49.99 for this service Not £19.99! Don't buy as £19.99 buys you nothing!
Do not use this company if like me you need this service because you have acquired a device as a result of a death in the family or perhaps through some other legal way. All they do is send you a link advising you to go to the Apple store with your receipt or you can pay them another £30 to clear the activation lock therefore making it very expensive at £49.99. If you have the receipt/proof of ownership go to Apple who will do it for free! I was trying to avoid this & happy to pay £19.99 as the store is not in my town! I got 3 emails in response to a request for a refund each with a link to the terms and conditions! No refund is available. They did offer me a voucher! I mean what other services are you likely to require! I purchased this service thinking it was £19.99 which I was happy to pay.
According to Companies house this company was incorporated 12 October 2019 so difficult to see where these existing reviews have come from for this company! It's always a bit suspect when the cost is not clear & you are spouted terms & conditions multiple times! My opinion is this is not a reputable company

This is my 2nd time I used their service to TRY and help me out of an icloud locked device.

As per what others have said in reviews - they promise the world - but never delivers. Start with a relatively small fee... then comes the next email - SORRY, cannot get it unlocked, but if you pay a further $$ then the next service up is sure to do the trick. You wait and wait for the stupid timer to get to end... then days (or in one instance 12 months later!) when gets to 100% they email with another excuse. BUT then they have another pitch - " iCloud Premium service" is your next option. The pitch is: "Normally £89.99 but as a previous Clean iCloud purchaser your previous vouchers have been discounted for you leaving £39.99 to pay" In the end, you end up spending £100 and getting NOTHING for it.

There is NO guarantees given. No money back if not successful... excuse is there are costs involved in trying to unlock.

Well all I can say to anyone willing to listen: BUYER BE WARE! (2 for 2 I have had no luck and forked out way more than I should have)

Maybe there are some other services that deliver on what they offer... in my opinion this is not the case with Appleiphoneunlock.uk

DON'T USE. I was attracted to the website based on the fact that they offer an Apple activation unlock - I have lost my Apple password and have not been able to reset it, so I can't reuse an old iPhone of mine. You pay £19.99 for what you are made to understand IS the activation unlock... and 24 hours or so later I received an email, which I opened curiously, only to find that all it contained was a link to a website suggesting two courses of action: contact Apple or the seller. Duh! Both of these are standard approaches anyone can find on a search engine, I've already tried both in my case and neither of them are worth £19.99!
At this point you are offered a third course of action - the actual unlock (presumably) at an additional cost of £30.
So you already paid £19.99 for information freely available on the internet for the PRIVILEGE of being offered the service you thought you were buying in the first place for another £30!
Not sure if this works, but from a financial point of view a total sham.
(Note: Please don't respond telling me to contact your sales team - I have, asking for a refund, which was denied, but I was offered a discounted service for £23! Will be reporting to the trading standards agency.)

This company specialises in online fraud. In particular, they promise to unlock your iPhone from the previous owner's email and Icloud password or if it is lost. So they require an initial payment of about 30 dollars to only fictitiously check whether the iPhone can be unlocked. After this fake verification, they require another $45 or so to complete an unspecified second check step. If you refuse you lose the first 30 euros, but you might get a discount like me: instead of paying 45 dollars you can pay 30 dollars. This is a further scam, because once you've paid the $30 (or I suppose the $45), the company tells you that your iPhone can't be unlocked because it's lost/stolen.
Then, to top it all off, they offer you a bonus to sell to a friend or colleague. So you can pass the buck to another innocent client...
Moral of the story: I lost 70 dollars and a good half day of my precious time.
Personally, being a lawyer, I have already filed a lawsuit against this company.
Please be careful with this company. If you can also write a review to inform about the scam.

Scammers, they ask you initially for 19.99 for iCloud unlock and then keep on asking you for additional costs and eventually it dies out and you don't get anything, lost 50 quid, gutted.

I submitted my iPad to be unlocked. Every time they requested more payment. The first payment was 27 USD, then 32USD, and the third one already 99USD and they did nothing. On the second payment they assured me that the premium service would unlock the iPad and I do not need to pay anything else. After a while I received the third email requesting an additional payment. When I requested the refund they refused and stopped answering my emails. DO NOT EVER TRUST THEM!

This is truly a scam as they will keep sending you links to make payment for premium service while they will first state it would take $20 to unlock and then will state you need to contact previous owner/apple to unlock and suggest go with activation unlock which is around $40 once opting for that they would say that the phone is marked by carrier as lost/stolen and ask for proof of purchase and other information. But the main reason for choosing their service is to go for unlock as we do not have these information. Then finally they will send you a link which they say as premium service and charge close to $60 and thats when i woke up and stop listening to them. They will stop responding to you once you ask them to confirm on the unlock before asking for more money. I suggest genuinely to stay away rather with money spent you could end up buying a new android phone or in my case the iphone 5S was not worth more than $100 as i wanted to unlock for my mom as a remembrance from the past. But the funny part is during the email exchange they state as Ipad and Iphone X etc which clearly shows they are scripted and do not even edit before sending a response

To get my iphone unlock, I have been charged two times $20 and $50.
So simply, i made two stupid decisions.
Now they are trying to charge more money for premium service which i don't believe.
Honestly, I can say many positive reviews on this site are made by FAKERs and I think appleiphoneunlock regularly posts positive reviews for cheating many people.
I have read so many negative reviews on google that says this site is SCAM and now, I decided to stop paying extra money for fake premium service. I will try to get my money refunded.
I think appleiphoneunlock will remove my post to hide their dirty service but i will post my reviews every time they remove.
I will stop it once i get my money back.

After being scammed I did find a legitimate company that provided the unlock and for half the price this mob ripped off me

Have been submited a premium unlock for my son iPAD back in 27th Sept 2020 and now after 8 months still pending at 99%... totally rubbish...

They do conceal the actual pricing of their services and discovers it till you paid the 27 USD via Credit Card. That you needed to pay another 47 USD or so. But never indicated it till you pay. I have proof so this is just not a plain accusation.

They cannot even justify what you paid the 27USD for except for that piece of template in which everybody can do.

If you do well understand the concept of online buying and I have been an online buyer for a long time (e. G Amazon, Ebay, Alibaba, Shopee... you name it), then this could feel like you are a victim of a FRAUD.

I asked them to refund the amount and it seems that they are not cooperating well on that matter.

Now to all of you out there, be warned. Be sure to check what you paid for very well when transacting to this website.

Now to me, the 27 USD is just a plain lesson learned...

And now, they are blocking / reporting this post because they feel guilty about what they do. SCAMMERS!

Charged me for premium unlock process but even after 8 months thy can't unlock the phone and they are not even refunding the money.

Poor service not able to uncock the phone and when we ask tout refund they tell you that they cent the starting pruce is not the final it is a big joke. Never again for me
