$27, then $42 and of course they now need more $ for "premium service". What a joke.
Do not use this service!!
Contacted them to remove activation lock on Iphone. First told to pay 20 quid. Then one day later told there is a special work they need to do and to pay additional 30 quid. After another day they said the activation lock cannot be removed. TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Do not use them, they do no service and ask for more money. They gave me the information I already knew and ask for more money to pay further. I asked for refund and they refused. That is how they get your money. There is only one person reply email with different names. Stay away from them. They just ignore you when you asked for refund. So, good luck to them for taking my $27 for free, not only that, they dragged you hoping you will give up. I have been dragged for more than a month. It is a waste of time
My experience tells me this is fraud. Read their Terms and Conditions (completely illegal according to EU law). The first payment to sign up to a mailing list is already a red flag. But the second payment should start the process to unlock the sim-lock, which would happen in the next 30 work days. It is now overdue, and they refuse to return the money. NOCHEX, the payment company, refuses to acknowledge this malfeasance by their client and cancel the payment. Right now my money is held hostage to whenever appleiphoneunlock.uk decides to do anything. This is illegal business practice, their Terms and Conditions are not above the law. This is not a made up complaint by their competitors, take a look for yourself: tracking imei = *******0038 39
It's £49.99 for this service Not £19.99! Don't buy as £19.99 buys you nothing!
Do not use this company if like me you need this service because you have acquired a device as a result of a death in the family or perhaps through some other legal way. All they do is send you a link advising you to go to the Apple store with your receipt or you can pay them another £30 to clear the activation lock therefore making it very expensive at £49.99. If you have the receipt/proof of ownership go to Apple who will do it for free! I was trying to avoid this & happy to pay £19.99 as the store is not in my town! I got 3 emails in response to a request for a refund each with a link to the terms and conditions! No refund is available. They did offer me a voucher! I mean what other services are you likely to require! I purchased this service thinking it was £19.99 which I was happy to pay.
According to Companies house this company was incorporated 12 October 2019 so difficult to see where these existing reviews have come from for this company! It's always a bit suspect when the cost is not clear & you are spouted terms & conditions multiple times! My opinion is this is not a reputable company
You offer a service and you cannot do what you offer.
Then you make excuse after excuse and say you need more money and more money
Yet still not successful service
How would you like me to treat you mother like that?
I am sure you would hate it.
You guys have been bull$#*!ting for so long, you forgot you are bull$#*!ters.
Bad Experienced from their service
1- Misleading payment
2- Bad customer support
3- Service was not delivered
4- no cash refund, they will offer you a voucher instead.
I purchased the icloud removal from Appleiphoneunlock.uk, first I paid 27$ for the pre-order and then after I settled the amount I received an email that I need to pay another 47$ (which I also paid) to start the ICloud Removal service. And guest what after 1 week, I received an email from them stating that my phone is stolen/lost. They also sent an email to me that there is an available premium service which cost 100$ to unlock my phone.
You will not get a refund for this instead they will offer you a voucher that you can used to unlock other device which is clearly rubbished.
Also avoid these sites they are also the same with appleiphoneunlock.uk
cellunlocker.co.uk
directunlocks.com
officialiphoneunlock.us
doctorunlock.net
This review will be reported soon for sure. They tend to do that to avoid this kind of review.
See the long review further down, this is EXACTLY the modus operandi of these people, continue to try to bleed more and more money from you with hollow promises. This is a SCAM.
On their website they state clearly 3 step process. Then you receive another email, that is actually 4 step process, that you didm't read the tiny letters saying that YOU PAID TO BE INCLUDED IN A MAILING LIST MUHAHHAHAHA and ask you for further payment. A never ending scam. Will report to police.
If you want your iphone unlocked go to apple with a swear declaration that the iphone is yours.
Impossible to get refund eventhough they promised for 100% money back guarantee after the initial order. Complaint to nochex, at first they are willing to help and promised in 7 days to cancelled the order and refunded the money. However, at the end Nochex just helping this scum ripping customers money.
Nochex please stop providing this scum payment gateway service as they are proven to engaged in complex fraud scheme business. Instead, help customers refund their money.
As others are reporting 1*, it's all true. $27 for pre-check, $42 for whatever this fee is to remove iCloud lock, then Premium service fee of $99 to remove iCloud lock with lost mode. I have verified with others that this device is not in the lost mode.
Pay and pay for nothing.
Scam to consumers.
Almost a week and more than 60 to tell me something I already knew, the phone is blocked.
No solution, only 60 thrown away.
They ask for two pays and one more to fix. This is a scam. NO WORKS! T Please be careful with that kind of...
Order iCloud unlock, £19.99 cheap right?
NO! You pay that only to be told "1: use Apple ID and password to unlock it 2: take the original receipt to Apple store to get it unlock 3: pay a further £30"
So basically you will NEED to pay £49.99 and no doubt more as they will most likely come up with some over reason to charge you more. You WILL not get a REFUND so don't bother wasting your money! You will be changed via nochex, who unlike PayPal state they have no say in refunding you as it's down to the merchant
They ask you to pay an initial sum then tell you that's only for 'pre-processing'. Despite the fact, I told them IMEI unlocking wouldn't work because my device was locked to my network for 6 months they asked me to pay an additional sum only to attempt IMEI unlocking. When I then complained about the fact they had gone through with a service I had told them wouldn't work they tried to charge me more money for a 'different' unlocking service! I told them I wanted a refund and all they offered were vouchers. I have complained to them and asked for their internal and external complaints details and they have sent rude and unprofessional responses. Now they don't even respond to the emails.
Watch this company read every little line they have on their emails as they will throw discounts all the time but each time their service doesn't work they'll offer to fix it this time for sure at a discount yet if you read it all it will state that it also won't do it. You're up for losing at least a good 100 to these guys be careful.
appleiphoneunlock.uk
I bought a used iPhone 8+ for my grandson... Iphone unlocked... But icloud blocked... I should have paid more attention... In short, on the 28th of September I use this site for unlocking and I pay £19.99... We inform you that within 24 hours it will be unlocked... Oh gosh... the 01/10 it can't be done. So they offer me another solution and you have to pay £30.00... OK We're almost there I'm thinking... But no. It still can't be done... so I'm told that it has to be taken and that it will cost £49.99 more... But this service is not yet available so I will be notified when that will be the case... Or I can use the £49.99 to unlock another laptop... On 04/10... the prenium process is available... So I pay £49.99 again... thinking that it would free me from this problem... But it is necessary to wait 30 days for the unlocking to be effective... I wait, until 18/11 and I see arrive the 100% unlocking... And no... it still can't be done... I get this message..." Delayed - this unlocking takes a little longer than usual, we are continuing this IMEI for you and we have prioritized it. We will send you an e-mail and update your status accordingly when it is unlocked." Result of races... I lost £99.99 and I receive the same message indefinitely in response to my emails... So since I'm a journalist, I warned them... I'm going to be on the show Les Grandes Gueules on RMC TV... to swing the scam that this company is doing... Good luck... to you who just read me... As for me I am going to buy a mobile in a shop and not on the right corner...
By chance I went to the Doctorunlock.net site and there I grabbed my IMEI good joke I am getting information that the release is in progress Look And I have tracked companies linked by the same company So be very careful They're really smart
Recently had my phone unlocked and the service and process was very professional. If you are looking to get your phone unlocked, these guys are great and very reasonably priced.
Works as advertised. It was hassle free, this company is one of the best out there. Fully recommended
Answer: Same as Hermant A. They charged me 27, then 46, then after 3 days said my device couldnt be unlocked. Then 3 days later they offered me a 'premium service' for an extra 30! I did not pay the extra 30 and since then they have never replied to my emails. Terrible. Avoid.
Answer: Terrible, they reply to initial email with request for further money and if you won't pay they ignore every other email sent
Answer: You only get a voucher, no real money back. They are scammers, avoid them as the pest. You only get a voucher, no real money back.
Good morning De, sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the experience you have received, just to clear things up we should make it apparent to all those that are reading your review that you have in fact tried to unlock a lost/stolen phone, unfortunately, which is the main issue for this delay, we strongly stand against you comment of us somehow being a scam, you only need to see the other reviews to see that's not the case. I will, however, look into this order for you, find out the status and look to arrange a refund for you.
