Don't pay for fast shipping

I bought an iPhone 12 from the Apple Store online, Unfortunately, that phone did not reach me and was returned to Apple, Apple was asking for money for the phone that was not delivered to me, and I tried everything to make them understand that the phone was not delivered to me and was returned, and you can track this issue based on the serial number. But unfortunately, the customer service did not bother to follow up on this issue, They wrote a non payment report to the my credit card, it took 6 months to prove to them that the phone was returned, And here I realized that Apple's customer service system is much worse than I thought

If you wanna know why Apple Care is a myth and how Apple will f*** you no matter what keep reading...

I paid 2.5K for a macbook pro, I thought that for this price I'll have a device that works... well think again, 5 months later, one of my device started to have a lot of background noise...

Well that sucks, but that can happen, at least I'm covered by mac care since it's been lest than a year, right?

I talked to the support, they told me that I'm covered and just have to send it back for repair...

I'm gonna have to do without my work laptop for a while but so be it... at least I won't have to pay for it...

5 days after;. I receive a notification: there's another issue with the laptop. Apparently there's now an issue with the case of the laptop in one corner. It's "internal" so I've never noticed it (how convenient) but I never had any problem other than the speaker issue...

So now they give me 2 choices: pay for everything for 255 euros + taxes! Or send it back unrepaired...

I call the assistance and ask them to just fix the issue covered by mac care but guess what they "can't" do it!
You only have the choice to pay and have everything fixed, or to get it back with nothing done...

Do you see the brilliance of the scam? Basically mac care "covers" you, but they only have to find any imaginary issue and now they can strongarm you into paying a ridiculous fee to fix "everything".
You can ask them all that you want to fix only the covered issue, they won't do it because "it's how it's always been".
Sure officially the first repair is done free of charges, but since the second one price is insane (255 euros because there's a small hole internally", lol).

Honestly I don't even know what to say, the "customer care" of Apple is just a myth, this company will suck you out of your money at every corner, avoid at all cost!

I ordered an Ipad, keyboard, pencil, and sd card reader. I had to go to a drop off store to pick up the pencil because UPS doesn't deliver anything but pickup stickers for their local drop off stores. The keyboard shipped 2 day air but after 2 weeks without new shipping information and several complaints from me, Apple refunded my money without telling me anything other than they were investigating the shipment. The ipad took several weeks before i found the expected UPS sticker. I went to the drop off store and they hadn't received the package yet. Now I have to keep calling until they actually receive the package. I have heard nothing from Apple Their management did talk to me but didn't offer to even talk to UPS about the slow servive nor care that about bad online reviews. Apple just doesn't feel that they need to make a bad experience right.

I've been an apple user since 2016 and that's because I didn't how like androids phone get virus all the time so I switched to iPhone. I like how easy iPhone to use but the downside of it is it's so poorly made! I have so many cracked and broken iPhone that I have to have insurance of it. That's how bad it is. I'm so $#*!ing tired of how easy iPhone breaks. The camera sucks, apple keep increasing the price because of its improved camera but no it's not if anything it's getting worse. People paying too much for nothing and on top of that apple releases newer versions too fast. Wtf! If the quality of this phone don't improve and the if they continue to release newer version every 2 year im out. I think apple is scamming people.

Apple's advertising for these product applications does not inform subscribers that purchased content (DRM) is not compatible with these programs. They know this and still they sell it. If they or their management were to consider the reason for anyone to purchase this program, the reason in the majority of cases is so they can project the videos that they have purchased already on a larger screen. It would be of interest to people buying this application, What very limited videos would actually display for them on the larger screen -- not very many I think.

Mac Pro 13 irreparable WiFi problem

I purchase Mac Pro 13 in July 2014 and just after I registered it with the upcoming July Cal Bar exam and download the exams, the Wi-Fi stopped working. I called for technical support but the technician could not fix it. He scheduled a reservation for me with an Apple store in Berlinggame to bring in for repair. Unfortunately it confirmed the Wi-Fi problem is irreparable, and the hard drive needs to be replaced, but Apple no longer makes replacement parts for that model. So this Mac Pro, can no longer have Wi-Fi. I was seeing red at the store, thinking I was ripped. I spent almost $1400 for it, now it's in the eight year, and at this critical moment the Wi-Fi crushed and Apple could not repair it. I don't think I will buy any Apple products from now on. They are expensive, though look fancy, some are potentially defective.

Do not believe what Apple tell you for the trade in. They lie to make sure you don't get any credit. And the customer service are damn bad, they don't say anything right. They send the trade in case late on purpose for you not to get the trade in. And they say they received it late! After 2 week (window trade in). But customer service says the time count when you receive the trade in kit. Pure trash! Just 0 rate for them. Zero star what they deserve.

So my partner ordered me the iPhone 13 pro it's come and I can't charge the device as there was no charging cable and the cable doesn't fit usb plugs - so it's useless unless I part with more money no ear phone just a gone in a box - disappointed

I purchased a new Apple iPhone 13 pro Max last week online from Apple, they offered me £180 trade in for my iPhone 11, which is in good condition. I reset the phone to factory, boxed it up in their return pack and sent it off.
This morning Ingot a revised trade in price of £. 00 yes £ 0.00, would I like to accept or reject the revised trade in price! Of course I rejected, the reason for the revised price was that I didn't delete the data! Absolute rubbish, I reset it myself, I obviously wouldn't want all my files and photos going to anyone.

I then contacted Apple to cancel my new phone which I was using ( within the 14 day return period) the return was started and UPS are collecting the iPhone 13 tomorrow, meanwhile I am without a phone, my trade in could take 5 working days to be returned, and to cap it all they have stolen the £180 out of my bank account today, when I contacted them again they said it would be refunded when they got their phone back! Disgusting behaviour from Apple. Pretty sure their ' Trade in Partner' whoever that is is running some kind of scam to get free phones people trade in by making up lies.
I will never deal with Apple again, avoid at all cost!

Used to be a fanboy. Didn't stand behind our ipad purchase, which stopped charging within 4 months of purchase. Kind of expected them to honor the traditional 1 year manufacturer warranty for things like this. No visible damage. They claimed that it was our fault. But that's how I remember Apple. They were my advocate and wanted my loyalty more than my cash. I have been a customer since the original iphone and currently own multiple ipads, iphones, appleTV (together with my immediate family). I can afford to pay the $360 repair (for a $700 device) but it just feels wrong. And like they aren't really 'for' anyone but themselves. And to sort of prove my point, they have outsourced their call centers. I couldn't even hardly understand the two people I just spoke with. But again, it does help save them money on hiring domestic workers that can actually speak ENGLISH.

Oh well. It's a sad day. But it's what companies do when they stop caring about their customers.

False advertising

Apple advertises water resistant however my iPhone 13 max pro($1000. 00 phone) was water damaged from being splashed I was not only inconvenienced but had to pay $100 and use one of my incidents through Apple care I do not think I should have been held liable for something that is r as water resistant I feel like this advertisement is a money grab and I feel extremely scammed by apple. While paying only $100 for a replacement phone is great it could have been avoided if the proper advising or warning were provided.

I bought i pad 7th generation in 2020, and recently it is total dead, i went to store, technician told me they never repair ipad. I called service number, and want to file complaint, the girl transferred me to support team, they asked what issue is, i told him, he just held me, and hang up. $#*! service at all, then i call service number again, robot voice said could not connect my call. It is worst worst service i ever experience. Really could not accept ipad was dead only used 2 years, and such such terrible service. If i could give 0 star, i will do that.

I had a carrier and used an iPhone, I broke that phone and decided to get a new carrier with another iPhone and with that new carrier came a new number. Now that old number is setup as my three step verification what's screwed up and makes no sense that be even though I know my password to my Apple ID, I know the email and password I cannot login to my Apple ID because I can't receive the verification code sent to that number, so I have a new iPhone that I can't use my Apple ID on which separates me from my iCloud email, thousands in music purchases, my apps such as robinhood and cash app. I called them and they basically told me to start a new Apple ID and in a month or so I may be able get into my email and sign in on my old id if they can verify I'm me, wow thanks. Absolutely stupid, and the worst part is I can't even change my passwords because I can't get into iCloud on any new devices but guess who can my ex gf who's phone I once used to check my email and she has been sabotaging my email, and of course my new phone is a new device and when trying to sign on to iCloud email with my new device even knowing the password it sends a verification code to that old number so I'm unable to change my password let alone see my emails, it's almost funny how awful this protocol is because it's so far from secure, the only thing it's securing is preventing my access while someone else has it. If someone knows their passwords, their email, calls Apple and proves they are who they are they should be given the option to
Change their number!

I BOUGHT AN APPLE 11PRO MAX, CONNECTED TO A JAMAICAN NETWORK LOST IT IN NEW YORK AND ITS LOCKED NOW THE ONLY WAY TO FIND IT IS TO CONNECT TO THE INTERET, IT CAN'T BECAUSE ITS CODED AND LOCKED. SO APPLE TELLING ME TO JUS ERASE AND FOR GET ABOUT MHHY IPHONE, SENDING ME TO THE POLICE TO GET HELP TO FIND A DEVICE I BOUGHT FRO THEM. BECAUSE ITS OFFLINE.
