Recently, I have bought a pair of Air Pods which I use daily, however, I find having them in your ears for long periods not only painful but unattractive. I feel as though with all the technology Apple and other competitors are regularly introducing, there should be an alternative to the Air Pod which will solve these requirements. Thank you.

TOO GREEDY

BECAUSE I SAW LOTS OF PEOPLE ORDER STUFF ONLINE, LIKE IPHONES, AND SEPERATE THE CHARGERS, TO "LESSEN POLLUTION". BUT THAT'S NOT THE REAL CASE.

THE REAL REASON IS BECAUSE THE APPLE COMPANY IS TOO GREEDY! APPLE IS ALREADY BEING FINED BY BRAZIL FOR 2 MILLION USD, FOR NOT ADDING A FREE CHARGER TO EVERY IPHONE ORDER.

Deceptive website

On the Apple Education store it clearly says:
"Save on iPad for college with an education discount. Plus get a $100 gift card."
However, this is deceptive since you do not get the education discount plus $100 gift card. You get the discount and pay for the gift card.
So, the statement that you "get the discount plus a $100 gift card" is false, it is deceptive and I don't know how apple can get away with it.
Of course, this is mentioned in the small print legalese in some very confusing manner, which contradicts the statement above. Oh well, so much for buying from apple and ending up paying $100 more than expected. Apple, never again!

Imitated the App Cash app and of course they applied the same rules as Cash App so they let scammers roam free. Innovation as its best. Lost $1700 I got $500 back from my bank, till this day I'm still trying to get my money back. Apple is useless with that and all they have to do reveal who the scammer informations that in for t of their computer screen. They could have save lives BUT Of course money is prioritize that why their innovation as it's best on taking others Ideas.

This companies lies about Privacy. Just like Google Bum $#*!. Woke people really destroy companies, I get the low Pay they are getting but why does that justify on them sharing their misery ability with others lol. I hope a new Virus outbreaks to Eradicate evil. No creativity leads to desperation and stealing from others or anything - company is stuck on a Stock Market loop only in it for money - innovation is scarce NOTHING will come from the heart. That why their reviews is super low. Poverty mentality

They have 1.6 rating on Trust Pilot and 1.2 Rating on Business Better Bureau (BBB). I have yet to check those reviews. Plus waiting for someone GENUINE Imageless and Smart so they know what to do with Radio waves, sound waves, electrolyte signals, electro magnetic waves for betterment of humanity and all these dumb Data stealing is abuse without people permission 100,000,000s millions everyday…so I can change phones

Not willing to fix issues

I bought a Mac mini in October of 2021, I had issues from the very beginning with it working with my apple monitor(s)… it would work in one of the thunderbolt monitors for a few hours then would suddenly stop working so I would have to either reboot my computer or switch ports. I brought this to the attention of apple and when I brought it to a store they could never get it to replicate the issue.

After 6 months of this none of my monitors would work with the computer and once again apple store couldn't replicate the issue. I was told by the employee that apple knows there are issues with monitors and the m1 chip, but if I upgrade to the new apple monitor all issues would be resolved.

Well $1700 later my monitor worked for a week and encountered the same issues of no sound and eventually screen going black no matter what port I plug it in.

So apple knows their chips don't support the hardware of non-apple and apple products so until they figure the issue out I wouldn't recommend purchasing an M chips series Mac.

I am writing this from an apple store once again. So buyer beware.

Apple doesn't CARE

I purchased a $100 APPLE GIFT card today from target and when peeling back the security seal and exposing the redemption code, it was obvious the card was damaged. It looks like there was a printing error, could not read the last 4-6 characters on card. Target said they won't do anything since it's a 3rd party vendor. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with Apple only to be told there is NOTHING they can do for me. Really? I was actually told it's a Target issue since that's where I purchased the card. Hmmm, The card says Apple, not Amazon, not target, but APPLE and there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO? I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service from a company this size in my life! I will be selling off all of my Apple stock on Monday and purchasing Amazon stock instead. As an investor, I will NOT be associated with a company that will not resolve a customers issue with zero customer service. As I have always told my employees in all the companies I own/have owned. The problem is never the issue, the issue is how you resolve the customers problem! And I'm this case Apple just lost a customer due to its inept way they dealt with my problem. The world would be a much better place if more companies had 1/2 the level of customer service that Amazon has! Shame on you Apple for not treating consumers fairly with a legitimate problem…

Total dissapointed

Owner of iphone 12 pro max - 1.6 years, 256 GB of data.- error code 1110 – NO WARINGS!
Today My iPhone 12 pro max is stuck in an endless Apple loop. I tried a hard reboot. That didn't work. Then I tried to update it in restore mode. I contacted apple support 3 times, got 3 different cases opened, Case: ************** Case: **************, Case: **************. They don't mention nothing about these known issues, and it seems that they have a permanent fix solution already in places for new software's updates helping with error code 1110 – full hard disk and memory usage.
After experiencing this issue and seeing the Apple recommended solution to basically reset your phone, I have been disappointing and shocked. I will never buy apple product in my life. 'Trust' was the only word in my mind every time a bought apple product.
Apple can make nice products, but they can't seem to provide a fix for the device storage getting full issue.
I hope for other's sake Apple (1) directly address the storage getting full issue to prevent it happening - e.g. lots of warnings at >95% full and at 97% full must delete stuff and cannot take more photos, (2) provide a proper fix for error 1110 and (3) provide a simple phone recovery environment to allow people to backup their data and/or delete unnecessary apps to free up space
I lost 239 GB of data in principal pictures with my little daughter 7 years old, moment in my life and her spent in the last 2 years. SHAME APPLE! I hope you never get here in this situation to lose completely all you data with no warnings at all.

The staff performance was extremely good, friendly, not too pushy, knowledgeable unfortunately Apple policy is extremely poor certainly with regards to climate change and the planet. We were offer to take advantage of "Apple Care" after buying a watch and we were told "don't not worry if your watch breakdown at Apple WE DO NOT REPAIR watches, we replace them!" what an awful awful policy when we all know our planet problem with our pollution. Apple would do well to review their own policy about climate change and the damage that the company is creating by selling us products that cannot be repair but simply replace. Do Apple really care about our planet?

These sorry $#*! $#*!ers on apple say that cannot reset my account that i have not been on in 15 yrs cause i didnt know i had the account. I have tried every password and answer questions with every password i would know. Even called apple to get them to help and them idiots wanna say they cant do it that i have to create a whole nother email to make an account to use. The people that work for apple are plain stupid

I have been a apple customer for many years and this year decided to go for Samsung phones due for the reason I am going to specify. I owned a iPhone 7 Plus and the microphone stopped working exactly when I updated my phone, seems like apple added a bug to harm the older phones to force you to upgrade to a newer phone, long story short I took it to apple and they said ' there's nothing they can do it's a hardware issue' when to me seems like a software issue due to some times I reset the settings on the phone and it would work for a short time, this is obviously something related to software they could have caused this issue with the updates and coincidentally it happened right after the update and I was growing tired of getting notifications of updating my phone and feeling harassed also my other source of evidence is others reporting the same problem which is mind blowing indeed. Just my input on the matter and the reason why I decided to go for another company that gives more control over your purchased device if apple improves in this regard i would be happy to purchase another iPhone due to the synchronization with the device and the software is honestly second to none but other then that Samsung has apple beat in almost every other direction in my honest opinion to date short conclusion way to much money for a new phone to give out in 2-3 years time to upgrade to newer phone after just doesn't make any sense to me since people are actually they are getting a quality device, well hopefully i don't offend anyone and help someone making a choice here, hope this helps.

Be careful and check your credit card statements. Apple was charging me twice on two different credit cards for the same service. They somehow reactivated an old credit card and started charging me for a service that I was already paying for on a different card. Thankfully, my bank was able to reverse 5 months of unauthorized charges.

Do not trust this company with nothing don't purchase their iCloud serves as its simply a waste of money as i was told by a company agent that by purchasing the iCloud i would never lose my pictures and they would be safe even if I lost my phone!? As i have recently found that is defiantly incorrect and would suggest to stay away from this company and take your business elsewhere as Samsung has better serves than apple any day they also are supported by google witch is one of the best places to store your information!

My phone broke out of no where and would not turn on at all so we go to an Apple store to figure it out, after trying to log into my Apple ID on a new phone we tried to reset the password where we were told we need to wait for an email indicating when the new password is released. This email we waited 2 days for told me that I won't have access to my Apple ID password for 13 days and that's the lucky number, we were told some people get 29 days which is absolutely ridiculous I have no access to any of my important apps and general necessities for two weeks. I'm a full time student and need my phone for many things and for two weeks I'm left with nothing, Apple should be embarrassed that they have no override and or reasonable timing in giving me my goddamn password!

Warning customer of +15 Apple only wants your money to fix their phones they did a diagnostics on my I phone 12, only to find it's not in "warranty " basically you pay money for them to fix it or they don't even if it's a cause of the phone not working. The diagnostics was I need a new screen since the touch screen stopped working properly one day, and the cost was $365 dollars Canadian! Apple doesn't care about customer loyalty or satisfaction when they make billions this is outrageous

AirPods Pro's

Dear apple, I had brought these airpod pros in the end of December of 2021 it's been 8 months since I had them and today on August 7,2022 I had realized that when I went to go plug them in the AirPods them self were just charging but the AirPods case wasn't I don't know if the battery is acting weird but if anyone else has these types of problems or someone could help I would appreciate that much

Terrible products

3 brand new iPad Pro 10.5 lasted only three months each due to heavy gaming screen became unresponsive to touch, I got a Samsung tab s6 after that and it lasted 2 years with nothing going wrong, now iPhone 12 Pro over heats all the time screen also unresponsive at times and rear camera has stopped working due to hardware problem, good bye apple I'm going back to Samsung.
