Fake warranty

I have iPhone 11 which I had buyed 9months ago during a pool party I start clicking photo's under water which apple company claims that an apple phone can stay half an hour under water level of 1.5m but when I do this after 5 to 6 hours my display was not working properly after an hour it was shut down i did everything but it was off. When I go to the service centre they just took my phone and said that it was totally damage I told them that I just click 5 to 6 photo's under the water and this $#*! happened then how apple claims that iPhone was water resistant she told me to pay ₹40,000 for new phone they will exchange this then what is warranty tell me?
Very bad to see this I have 3 iPhone which I'm using from 4yrs it's 1st time for me plz apple help me out of this

Apple is $#*!ing $#*! cheeks. I'm buying a google pixel next phone I get. There are so many glitches and bugs that I can't even properly use my phone. It's $#*! and I won't be buying again. $#*!ing fix the glitches please.

I have bought my Airtags, iphone 12 Pro Max, Magic Keyboard, and Magic Mouse 2 all directly from the Apple website (and picked them up in-store). The website's UI is super simple and well organized, which makes the online shopping experience so much better. The prices are extremely high, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. I am now on my second Macbook (no longer stored in orders on the site because I bought it back in 2019). My first lasted 8 years and I'm hoping to have my second one for just as long if not longer. Every other laptop brand I've had (HP, Dell, Lenovo, and IBM) just isn't up to par and always, ALWAYS has problems. It's worth paying the higher prices to not have to deal with the headaches. Plus, even if your warranty runs out, if you go to an Apple store, they still try to help you with whatever your product is, no matter how old it is. Now that is high quality customer service.

After 20 years of being a loyal Apple customer, it is time to part ways due to their lack of customer support and inability to fix issues when they occur. A total lack of concern by their senior technical support team and blatantly said they aren't concerned if I am no longer a customer after they couldn't fix THEIR server problem preventing me from accessing my account.
Time to part ways and let the world know that Apple now apparently considers themselves to be so big that losing customers isn't an issue for them.

I hate apple. Every month they take out of my bank account significantly more than I've bought. It's becoming ridiculous but why try and reach out and ask why when they have the worst response team in the world. Apple is garbage and I'm looking into switching to android. I'm sure they wouldn't steal money the way apple does. I'm so frustrated with this company. Honestly, apple go f yourself

My daughter lost her iPhone and Find My Phone said it is 0 miles away. So she decided to shock her dirty pool after winter and a week long unsuccessful search. There it was bottom of pool after shock of chlorine and sitting in green water for a week. She dried it in rice then plugged it in and it charged and it was not damaged…..

Give me an Android any day of the week and 2 x on Sunday. My husband has an Apple and trying to recover his forgotten password has been a nightmare. Yes, partly his fault for not keeping up with it however on the other hand, maybe Apple is good and they should rule the universe because no way in hell are you getting into your own account for 3 to 4 days! It truly is ridiculous! We were told we'd have access in 24 hours, no one EVER said in 24 hours you'll find out exactly how long you will be locked out! I understand protection and security and if he worked for the government or secret service I'd be all for their security but for the every day John Doe... come on! I will never own an Apple product myself! Never liked the way it operates and much less now.

Total Cash Grab

Focusing on pushing phones out every year and not focusing on fixes and bug repairs is a great way to make a terrible company. All iPhone 12s have had an issue where they show a loading screen and crash your phone constantly for up to 45 minutes where you can't do anything, receive calls or nothing. Half of the things I would love to access quickly have complicated names deep inside of the settings app. I've never seen Apple listen to the community, they just like to put their personal spin on technology. Overpriced dumpster fires, never buying another Apple product in my life.

Apple Care Review

This review will focus on the quality of Apple Care. Recently broke my phone, had to send it back and a hefty (over $500) charge was placed to my credit card until my old phone was shipped back. Immediate hiccup, new phone arrived without a return label for the old one. Took me about an hour on the phone to obtain a new FedEx label from them... they love to transfer you from one person to another. I did everything as asked, with a return label the old phone got to them in a few days. Ten days later, the charge is still standing. BEWARE! Called multiple times to resolve the issue, no one is saying what is going on, or who's at fault. They keep on transferring me from one "senior person" to another, in hopes that I will hang up or give up on this. Finally, I got a response that "refund team" has to review this matter and will get back to me in 3-5 working days. I am disputing the charge on my card, and they can deal with my credit card at this point.
Apple is a sad example of what happens to most companies that start putting profit before service, hire unexperienced and often unfit people for jobs that have far reaching consequences... would not recommend their service to anyone, and plan to go with Android with my next phone purchase.

Trying to login and it doesn't recognize my password. Changed it. Now says I have to answer security questions. I did and of course doesn't recognize them. Try to change those and "We do not have enough information to change security questions" Try to contact support... BIG JOKE- you have to login to contact support- But I cannot login till security questions are fixed. Can't chat with anyone. Cannot even leave feedback for them- UNLESS SIGNED IN- Well if I could sign in... I wouldn't need support!

I've noticed a steady decrease in quality from apple products. When you call in for service, you can't get anyone to do anything. Everything has to be online. What happened to customer service. Why does everything take a month for apple to get done. Could you imagine waiting for water for a month, waiting for electricity or gas of a month. We live in America with 1st world problems where Apple pushes a button and sells you a phone so why can't they push a button and satisfy a customer vs making them wait for a problem to be resolved. This company doesn't care about its customers, we are just slaves who buy products while the big boys of apple golf and play all day on the money received from our hard work.

DO NOT TRADE IN!

Ordered a new mac and lots of accessories and did a trade-in option so I could get $100 for my air mac which is perfect. Ideally, I'd have liked to drop it for collection at a post office or apple store, however, this isn't an option. You have to pick a day and stay there all day from 9am-6pm so they can collect it. This service is inconvenient but as it was the only option, I took a day off work (which costs me a lot of money to do not to mention VERY inconvenient to be stuck at home and not given a more appropriate window of contact. I picked the day and they confirmed through auto message the day before. I waited LITERALLY all day and they didn't collect it! I was clearly extremely upset about this colossal waste of time! I called their "service" call centre and was on the phone for half an hour as Oscar told me that their "solution" was that I simply rebook and waste another day sitting at home waiting... and what if they don't come again? Then what? I should sit at home for the rest of my life for a measly $100?! The money is so insignificant at this stage, I'm so discussed with the service and the fact that after being on the phone for half an hr, Oscar could only say I should do it again. I told him that they must find a place I can drop it off or otherwise deduct the $100 simply for the MASSIVE inconvenience. I told him he needs to contact me by email and summarise our conversation so we both have a record of the conversation, which I confirmed from him that I'd hear from them in the next day or so... I did - an auto email saying to rebook another day. I'm so horrified with this level of "service," the absolute lack of care shown and their seemingly uncaring team and systems. And they want to target entrepreneurs? I guess we all have the time to just wait all day and if they don't bother collecting it, then just sacrifice another day. I should bill them $1000 for my time as that's the potential loss from their inconsiderate behaviour. If they can't provide the service properly they should remove it as an option! Really really disappointed Apple!

I had heard that Apple had terrible customer service but I didn't know how bad it really was until today.
I lost my apple watch due to the awful wristband it comes with and the find my watch feature did not work.
I called apple support to see if there is anything they can do to help me and they did not at all. It was not representative it's apple's policy. This was a very awful experience and will no longer use this brand.

Iphone 13

I recently bought a new iphone 13 and so far i love it but it is the size of the iphone xr (my old phone) and it is basically the same in gerneral othe than the fact it has two cameras instead of one. I had to pay almost $1000 for something that is basically the same phone and the fact that it took almost 2 hours to actually get and then another hour for it to be same account as my old phone is crazy. I would like the service just to be a little faster or a good price for the phones, i do not reccomend buying the iphone 13 because it would be better to just buy the older phones because they're the same product just different cameras.

I purchased a 4-core 2.3Ghz i7 with Retina display, 16GB of RAM, 512GB SSD. It's still a great machine, but Apple decided I hadn't given them enough money and blacklisted the model - no more OS updates means I can no longer run the software tools to develop apps. They will only give me $120 trade-in against a $1,800 Macbook that is virtually identical in specifications.

No thanks, I quit Apple development instead.

Apple is a joke I had to get a new phone being one I had got ran over by a car! When setting up my new phone my account got put into something apple has is account recovery! I can't access my contacts I can't access any of my information my apps or bank accounts I've called everyone went to the store there is nothing I guess Anybody can do to help me! If you own and run a business do not use apple
