Their customer service is some of the worst in any industry. I never got my product, it was shipped to the wrong address because there was a very old address saved in my ebay profile. I corrected this in the same minute as I placed my order, but it still went out the next day to the wrong address and both ebay and apparelsave did nothing to make sure I got my product. The customer service was passive aggressive and condescending. This experience left a horrible taste in my mouth and I can say honestly that I've never seen a company that cares as little as apparelsave. Borderline scam, stay away.

I have ordered 11 pr. 1 pr had a little smudge on side of boot. My daughter would add 5 more the 1st day she wears them. Another pr a little big but I will give them as a gift. I could understand the whinning if you people are paying retail. Most of mine total with shipping I paid 6 or 7$. For the money great value...

I ordered a pair of Ugg boots from JET, fulfilled by ApparelSave. The site indicated they had the size and color I wanted. These boots are readily available at other sites, but they and JET simply cancelled my order because ApparelSave will not honor the price. Now I go online and see all the bad reviews of this company - why am I not surprised? But Jet has also failed to satisfy a customer and has irreparably damaged any desire I have to ever do business with them again. I love you Amazon! ApparelSave and Jet can take the boots and shove them.

Pretty much the same as the stories in this post. Wish i had checked these reviews prior to purchase. I would never have ordered from them. They sent shoes 3 sizes larger than my order. They did refund the shoes however they would not send return postage. They claimed they would refund the postage if i paid it and sent the receipts. Just like everyone elses stories here each time i contact them they don't have a record of the transaction or say to contact the person from disputes i have been dealing with. I have never heard of or from a disputes contact. I have also contacted ebay about the problem and left a negative review. Hopefully others learn from our mistakes.

I ordered some Michael Kors sandals which I paid an unexpected customs charge for. When the shoes arrived it was a totally different pair of shoes. I sent numerous emails of complainant asking for a full refund including postage and packaging and customs charges. After bombarding them with emails they finally sent a free returns label and I received a refund. They haven't bothered to refund the customs charges even though they said they would honour this. Not only have they never apologised they never even bother to read your email query they just give you a standard rebotic reply. I have complained to ebay about this seller as they regularly send the wrong or inferior product to ebay customers. Not happy that eBay will not intervene on behalf of customers and sanction the seller. I intend to remove my account.

I dont understand how Ebay can let this company operate through their website. According to the Ebay reviews Apparel Save is a trusted seller with some over 90% positive reviews. But reading the reviews here, and having had the same problems yourself, you realize that Ebay is a part of the scam.
I made the most unbelievable stupid mistake and ordered from ApparelSave twice. But I couldnt really believe that they were that bad, I thought that it was just bad luck that I had received an item that wasnt as described and the customer service didnt want to refund the return shipping but refused to accept that what they had done, trying to sell an item through misguiding information, was wrong.
I have lost my money, true. Luckily it is not a fortune. I have learnt my lesson, and that is not only to stay away from ApparelSave, but from Ebay. This was my first Ebay experience. It was also the last. Never ever again Ebay!

I've purchased maybe over 50 pairs of shoes from this company. I've been looking on Ebay and they're not on eBay anymore. I was wondering why? So I did a search and saw this. I've shopped at this company for like ever and shoes were always just as listed "new" even when they had a scuff or whatever it was so minimal that to me they were new! Shipped with speed and shipped with care and at awesome, awesome prices. I was happy and satisfied with every purchase I have ever made. Maybe 2x I purchased something where they got back to me and refunded the money because they claimed to be out of stock, to me no problems the deals I got here I couldn't get anywhere on Ebay. I miss them already. Still wondering what happened. #shoeaholic

My Ebay purchase from Apparelsave was the worst Ebay experience I have had in 15 yrs - I purchased a pair of shoes, they sent the wrong ones - I emailed them to confirm it would cost more to return the shoes that the total cost of the shoes and original shipping - they said send them back we will pay all the original and return costs - I sent them back - they then asked me to cancel my Ebay claim before they would refund the original purchase which I fortunately did not do - Ebay had to refund my original purchase and they have not reimbursed the return shipping cost of $70 that they promised to do several times - very disappointing that Ebay cannot also make them refund the return shipping as the error was theirs. I would have been better off keeping the shoes. Lesson learned - don't return an item unless you have prepaid shipping from the seller.

I've saved hundreds of dollars buying shoes from this company. Among my favorite brands are Cole Haan, Coach, and high end New Balance. I know these brands and how they fit my feet. I check reviews online, usually Amazon, to get overall idea of fit and or quirks. I've come up short twice on shoes with styles or seams that hurt my feet and yes it sure is expensive to return... thus the 4 stars. In ordering multiple shoes, the first is $9.00 and others are 1/2 off. I try to buy 3-4 pair at a time. By the way, this is how San Diego based Shoe Metro gets rid of returns, overstock and damaged shoes.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Apparelsave on ebay for $70 and paid about $9 per pair to ship. The shoes were shipped to me in Indiana from Tennessee. Two of the pairs didn't work out and since they have a 30 day return policy I requested to send them back. They approved the return, and wanted me to ship them back to San Diego which would have cost me $50. They do this on purpose knowing it costs too much to send the items back so buyers just keep the shoes. Beware of buying from them unless you know you won't be returning anything.

I wrote a terrible review of their services on eBay and they didn't publish it. This company sends the wrong product and then makes its money via the shipping costs. They are scammers and I suggest you stay as far away from ApparelSave as possible.

I ordered a pair of New Balance Running Shoes. I've wore noting but New Balance for 6 years. Real New Balance. These DO NOT feel like Legit New Balance shoes to me. I think they feel different, cheap as hell. BUT, if you need to return the item, you will pay the shipping to deliver the item to yourself and you will pay the shipping back to them. I bought through Walmart web site thinking Walmart has a good return policy but this is a THIRD PARTY. This is NOT WALMART. HORRIBLE! BUYER BEWARE! I'm sticking with Amazon from now on.
