I shop almost exclusively on-line. So u can imagine the stories I could tell (such as how the fake clothing site "Rotita" processed my order only so far as charging me & then spent weeks pestering me 4 more money until FINALLY, when I threatened 2 sic PayPal on them, refunded my cc). But my recent experience w/ ApparelSave was the WORST ever. Unlike some posters here they DID send the sandals (eventually) & they were authentic, they were just 2 sizes too small! Weirdly when I ordered they offered ONLY 1 size, the size I ordered, so WTF? Assuming they DID have various sizes I tried 2b reasonable & requested an exchange. They never replied to a single email. It was only when I requested a refund that they finally managed a response in which they refused 2 accept any responsibility informing me that since I was "not satisfied" I'd have 2 pay 2 return them- yeah & pigs fly! PayPal (eventually) interceded & gave me the refund. Now... why is ApparelSave STILL TRADING on Ebay (& Rotita 4 that matter?) & why is PayPal (as grateful as I am 2 them) still facilitating deliberate fraud?
