I ordered a pair of shoes a half size larger than what I normally wear to play it safe figuring I could just wear thick socks if needed. When I finally got the shoes delivered which took forever, they were at least a whole size too small. I called to see if I would be charged to return/exchange them and they said that I am responsible for shipping fees. Needless to say I am not happy. I am now charged for shipping to my house as well as back to the store with nothing to show for it... thanks. If you're buying shoes don't buy your shoe size, buy AT LEAST a size and a half larger.

I ordered a pair of New Balance Running Shoes. I've wore noting but New Balance for 6 years. Real New Balance. These DO NOT feel like Legit New Balance shoes to me. I think they feel different, cheap as hell. BUT, if you need to return the item, you will pay the shipping to deliver the item to yourself and you will pay the shipping back to them. I bought through Walmart web site thinking Walmart has a good return policy but this is a THIRD PARTY. This is NOT WALMART. HORRIBLE! BUYER BEWARE! I'm sticking with Amazon from now on.

I ordered a pair of "Anne Klein" shoes on EBay from "apparelsave". Very disappointed with the quality of these $70.99 shoes. Leather was very hard, several nicks on the leather and I had to pull glue? Off of the heels. The same day I received the shoes the price went down to $51.99! Apparelsaves response was that,"We are a discount store and our prices vary according to popularity and several other reasons." I will stay away from these "discount" stores because they are no bargains. They did not offer me a refund or a discount on the shoes.,

I have purchased two items the first had a stated fault that I was ok with but on arrival there was a second fault that made the boots unwearable. When contacted they gave a full refund including postage. I was disappointed not to have the boots but it was dealt with quickly & resolved.
So I ordered a pair of short boots & I received stiletto pumps, not a style I can wear or like. After several contacts I was offered a refund of half the purchase price which I reluctantly accepted as I was told the original product was no longer available. I am out of pocket $40 plus AUD. I've tried to sell the shoes on EBay for less than half the purchase price, without interest. Apparel save does actually have the product in ordered but at a significantly higher price.
I really don't know whether or not to try again, surely such a large retailer must do something right or it wouldn't remain on EBay.

It's honestly sad that I have to say this, but there are a lot of cry babies, who don't seem to have the capability to shop online. Honestly, this is one of the cheapest companies price-wise one might encounter. I personally continuously come back, and recommend this company to a lot of people, because I like to share a great deal.

On this site, I hear a lot of people complaining about frivolous issues, such as a shoe that they purchased didn't fit, and that they had to pay to ship for the return portion of the item. Really? I mean, what do they expect? Do they think that the "Apparelsave" as a company should pay out of their own pocket, because the customer purchased a shoe that did not fit? How is this ApparelSave's problem? Shipping is extremely expensive and the price of shipping has gone up since 2016. Why is it that people expect to get some type of "free handout" on the price of shipping? If you make a mistake and order the wrong item, that is on you, and if you leave one star based on your own mistake that makes you a pretty sad, and negative person who has absolutely nothing going for them in the future.

Poor service

I contacted AS twice by email regarding a defective product and how I might return it. The product was sold through overstock, by apparelsave. I contacted overstock for assistance and Overstock said that AS had would contact me within 24 hours by phone. AS never did. So I kept my defective product.
AS - you guys are terrible. Ive see reviews on ebay for AS. They are very poor as well.
How many bad reviews does a company need before they fix themselves?

Received Karen Scott Fannia Women Round Toe Synthetic Black Ankle Boot in the size I wear in every other boot I own, and these felt like a size 9.
One of their FAKE reviewers "Alexander L." says we're cry babies for not having the "Capability to shop online" and not receive return shipping for faulty sized products. Return shipping for a fraudulently advertised product is not unreasonable.
NEVER BUY FROM APPARELSAVE OR SHOEMETRO!

Do not shop from this seller. They will send you the wrong item. When you ask about a refund they will have robots send you automatic replies that have nothing to do with your question. I have made several attempts to resolve the issue but they have not cooperated and I have asked eBay to step in. Horrible!

They advertised some sandals I've bought as leather but they were synthetic. Ive paid shipping rates and a HUGE custom fee as I'm Canadian. They didn't want to pay for the shipping to return or to return my money. Theyd rather have the negative feedback on Ebay. Way to make business, congratulations!

After blowing out my old flip flops I was looking for really flat comfortable sandals. These are perfect for running around in. After wearing three times, I walked out to get in my car and thought my flip flop felt odd. The bottom had separated from the main part of the flip flop. Changed my recommendation.

10/3/2017 - follow up. I received a note from Apparel Save, the company that provided these flip flops to overstock.com saying to call them to provide my email to have a return label sent to me so I could return them for a full refund. I called this morning and they told me sorry but the person that sent you the note was mistaken. Unbelieveable! They told me that it has been past 30 days from my purchase and I told them we were flooded in Harvey and couldn't get home to do anything and sending them back wasn't my first priority under the circumstances and that The note had just been sent last week. They responded that this is the policy and they would not honor his email. I am dumbfounded, worse customer service ever! What a dishonest company.

Waste of money

I ordered a pair of Papillo clogs by Bikenstock. The shoes were listed as new and it was not disclosed that they were defective. After wearing them twice and the soles are coming apart from the shoes. I contacted apparelsave and was told that they would not return them or issue a refund. Frankly, I am pretty sure they are knock offs. STAY AWAY

I recently bought three pair of boots from ApparelSave (through Walmart). Two of the shoes were questionably TOOOO small. So, without thinking twice, I put them in the bag that they were sent to me in along with the original packing slip and returned them to ApparelSave. Two days after ApparelSave received my "unannounced" return they gave me a refund for one of the pair of boots but not the other. When ever I inquired about the other refund they gave me the run around: 1) We refunded you 2) Your refund is being processed 3) What is the tracking information? 4) Your refund is being process (yes they said this twice). 5) What is the tracking information? (yes, they said this twice too) 6) We don't have record of your order (yes, they actually said that) And yes, I contacted them at least 6 times about the return and the refund that they have not given me for shoes that I paid to return to them and have proof that they not only received but made the mistake of refunding me for one but not both pair of boots. By the way, they never said they did not receive them... they just gave me the run around, probably thinking that I would stop asking them. I did not stop. Avoid them. $68.99 down the drain.

Seriously. They charge almost $9.00 in shipping and then if the item doesn't fit, not only do you have to pay to have them returned BUT pay shipping AGAIN to get the new pair. So basically you are paying $27.00 in shipping fees. Stick with company's who have free shipping and returns as they are think about the consumer and our business.

I will never order from a company who obviously is not about customer service.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ORDERING FROM THEM. THINK REALLY SERIOUS ABOUT IT BEFORE YOU DO!

Just like everyone says! I ordered a men's 12.5 vans shoe for $9.99 paid $25 for shipping and when it got here it was a kids 12.5! I am in complete shock. I knew it was too good to be true!

Frequent happy customer

Idk what the bad reviews are about. I've bought tons and tons of shoes from them. For myself and my 3 kids. 2 girls and a boy. Great deals. Truthfully I've probably purchased more than 25 pairs of shoes and boots from them. I only had one thing happen that got resolved quickly. I ordered a pair of bikes for my son and they sent me two left shoes. Theircustomer service was awesome and I got my money quickly refunded. Unfortunately they didnt have anymore of those shoes. So they couldn't send me a replacement pair. I just bought another of a different kind. But that was handled satisfactory and without problems. Some of their shoes are floor models. And some damaged. It is clearly explained and listed on their description of their merchandise if their is. I can only think that the bad reviews are those who don't read the descriptions and end up getting the shoes and had no clue they would be damaged or flawed. But that's on customer not the seller. And they dont try to scam or hide it. They are up front about it. Clearly some of the people who give bad reviews need to learn how to read. As far as my experience has been with them I'm extremely happy with this seller.
