I signed up for two years and within 30 days requested immediate cancellation and refund. I was told they'll "cancel" my subscription at the end of the two years and there is no refund. Since then, I have sent them numerous emails on problems with site (200 matches disappearing, etc) and they have not responded to one single email that I've sent them. Wow. Bad form eHarmony. Bad karma.
ApparelSave.com sold me "new" shoes that fell apart 3 weeks after I received them but they refused to refund my money. There wasn't enough time in those few weeks for me to damage the shoes -- it's obvious they were defective. Dreadful way to run a business!
