This company did send the correct product. I ordered a large dress going off the size charts provided. The dress was much too large for me and did not match the size charts. I emailed multiple times saying i was happy to pay the postage and that i just wanted to exchange for a medium size. I emailed via the website exchange process and via the email provided on the packaging. I never heard from them so after 6 emails with no response i rang the company in china. They said to email again and they would check it and reply. Of course they didn't and when i tried calling the number again it was disconnected. Have gone to a dress alteration store for resizing of the dress as have given up on being able to exchange and the dress was $120 and don't want to waste it. It is a lovely dress. I wouldn't advise dealing with this company because they don't seem to be able to fix problems with ordering. They just ignore their customers.

Pretty much the same as the stories in this post. Wish i had checked these reviews prior to purchase. I would never have ordered from them. They sent shoes 3 sizes larger than my order. They did refund the shoes however they would not send return postage. They claimed they would refund the postage if i paid it and sent the receipts. Just like everyone elses stories here each time i contact them they don't have a record of the transaction or say to contact the person from disputes i have been dealing with. I have never heard of or from a disputes contact. I have also contacted ebay about the problem and left a negative review. Hopefully others learn from our mistakes.
