Debbie was incredibly helpful, and the places she referred me to were in immediate contact. Made the process so much easier

I had barely hit the "enter" key on A Place For Mom's website when I received a call from them! Within a few minutes, I had a list of senior communities in my area to check out, and not long after that I had an appointment to visit one. My coordinator did a great job, and now my dad is ready to move to a great memory care community.

Joanne called within a few minutes after I placed the inquiry and followed up with me daily to check on how our search was progressing.

Tiffany from A Place for Mom was excellent on top of her job. She always follow up. Very nice, in her manner, always makes you feel important.

I was overwhelmed with the process of looking for a Memory Care Community for my mother that would offer her some level of independence. After trying to gather information on my own (a frustrating process), I decided to contact A Place for Mom, and was connected with Leslee. She listened to my mother's needs and budget, and made appointments for me to tour a handful of communities. I found the perfect community for my mother, and she is now thriving in her new home.

Very helpful in giving me various places to visit. However, I think you should check these places before you suggest them. Some of them had terrible reviews & were a waste of time. Nevertheless, you all were helpful & I found my place thru you.

Jayson was very professional, friendly and respectful. He offered a number of services, most notably a list of communities to tour or research and set up the tours we wanted. He offered helpful tips in addition to the resources provided in emails.

Shilah Jackson was so helpful and had she not sent us the place to look at it would have take us much longer. My mom is moved in the Crest. I am very happy with how all this turned out. She is now 4 minutes from me and my son Beau instead of 40 minutes. Yay! Thank you Shilah for all your kind words and caring. I'm sorry I did not get back to you. We were slammed getting things taken care3 of for my mom and keeping my business going. Thank you again for your support. Debbie

I could do all the research myself, I am capable, but, with everything on my plate, my family, caring for my parents, etc., I wanted someone to do it for me. Literally, I went online on my phone while sitting in bed, clicked on Get Started, followed the directions and went to sleep. Never did I anticipate contact being made the next day.
Appropriate assisting living centers chosen and contacts made. In just a matter of a couple of days I had appointments scheduled.
Follow-up by the assigned agent was quick, timely, and professional.

They have been very helpful finding places to tour and setting up appointments. They also gave me a lot of information I would have never thought to ask about.

My Brother-in-Law is a Retired Viet Nam Era Veteran who only receives his military retirement and Social Security. His lease was up in October and his meager income would not keep up with the Cost of Living in Florida. I called A Place for Mom on a Thursday night around 6 p.m. and talked with Julianne, she was super helpful and within one minute of discovery questions, she told me it sounded like he would qualify for a Veteran Benefit call Aid and Attendance due to his service and mobility issues. She put me in contact with Patriot Angels who helped us with our application. At the same time, she referred me to several Independent Living places close to us. We picked the one closest to us and moved my Brother-in-Law in this weekend. He said he feels like he is living in a 5-Star hotel and is over the moon with his new living and financial arrangement. Without this benefit, he would be living in some one room mobile home in hurricane country. Thank you A Place for Mom!

I went and toured 3 places and found what I was looking for in the third place.

What a great service! They found me a place for my dad on the first try. 10 stars!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I went to the Place for Mom website and tentatively put in my information. Someone reached out to me quickly ( even though it was a Sunday night!) and introduced herself as the person who would assist me with whatever questions I had and could suggest places to start to look at for my dad for Independent living. Deb's suggestions ultimately led to the place dad chose and is excited to move into. I recommend A Place for Mom to assist with planning next steps for aging parents

My first interaction with APFM….was an overwhelming feeling of peace and gratefulness. APFM were so calming and soft spoken and constantly endsured me that her only concern is that together we find suitable extended care housing, where I can be in peace knowing my Mom would be very well cared for. I'm grateful and thankful to APFM and God for the peace I now feel with Mom in her assisted living situation. God Bless the young lady who assisted me in such a warm and caring manner!

I was just beginning my search for a place to III live.whed I came across A place for mom. I. filed in a bit of info & very quickly I had 2 suggestions. I made appointment's to see the properties. One unit was a good fit and one week later I was signedup.-
I can't Imagin can't imagin it could have been any easier.
