$26 a month is way too much for this and you can't revoke your subscription like on any professional subscription service through your personal page but you have to send an email and wait till they confirm it...

I've paid for membership but I could not access any of it. When i send an email notifying them, they ignored it. This has become an appalling untrustworthy company. I actually believed that these videos may help my son and now they're just scammers.
The product is fine, but my child lost interest. We also never received the PRINTED books we were promised when we signed up (no not digital). I know that I did not sign up for auto pay because I don't do that. They charged me 10 months after our last login and when I called they said I was a few days past the point of being able to request a refund. What awful customer service. I will be disputing this with my credit card.

I've spent 9 months trying to unsubscribe and cancel. This is an unethical scam and poor business practice. The idea is great- if it was a legitimate company with values and good practices it could have done much better.
I have asked multiple times to have my account cancelled and have never received a response. I can not find anything on the website! You should all be ashamed of yourselves for using this young man and for teaching him how to run a dishonest business that is about money only!

I joined up for my son. He was not interested in it, sadly, as I think it is motivational. However, cancelling payments is another story, emails ignored and logging in not working. Not one email to let me know that monies would be taken and no emails from this company at all, for information on what I am paying for.
Be very careful putting your details in, I thought it was a one off payment but it is not, this is the second yearly payment taken without permission.

I paid for a year, then a few months in decided to cancel. Then a year later they charge me again without consent and claim I never cancelled the first time. The videos themselves won't hold the attention of kids under ten so it was very ineffective and pointless for us.

I have four children. Apex 4 Kids has been a great investment. Caleb Maddix has taught my children the importance of people skills, having good habits, discipline, and staying positive. My kids love the program and watch daily videos everyday in addition to their school curriculum. Caleb Maddix has inspired and motivated my oldest child to write his own book. The program is extremely effective if used on a daily basis.

While the message Caleb gives is good, the company is very dishonest about cancellations. I couldn't find the email to cancel so I went to the website and used the portal's contact four times to ask to not renew. It still renewed and the employee that handled the request to refund my charges said I was a liar because I opened the "renewal reminder" email from the 07/30 TODAY. That to her says I read the renewal reminder and I'm a liar. That email was buried in junk folder because they use a different domain to send the "reminder" than the one you mark as safe on your spam filter. Well, I have screenshots of all the cancellation requests. From my experience I'd say to stay away from this company if you want to be treated with any respect and not get scammed into an auto renew.

During your conversation with Amber, you mentioned that you had screenshots of such messages, however, if you did it would make sense to include them in your email which would help us work towards a refund. Our average response time during this conversation was 15 minutes and 20 seconds (including first response). It’s hard for us to believe that we would never have gotten back to a message from December that was sent in four times and not displayed in our system.
As requested, we cancelled your subscription when they contacted us yesterday. We stand by our original decision to not issue a refund, as we have no records in our system this was requested. If you can provide such evidence, we would be more than happy to issue a full refund of the latest $59.00 transaction. However, it is important we stand by our policy, because when we make an exception for one person it’s not fair to others.
I've never written a bad review for any company but apex4kids take cheating to a whole new never. They basically cheated me out of my money and I've had to cancel my credit card because of them. They give you bull$#*! replies to keep making money in a horrible way.

Charged my card without my authorization... i never reciend anything from them. Except Emails saying "we are sorry to hear you won't be going with us" or "we see you havent completed your subscription..." things like that.
Until today when i recieved my very first text message from them saying my $59.99 was declined. And when i looked further into it. I saw i was charge a full year with out my authorization. (Never got a text or email saying i was or going to be charged.)
I needed to cancel my card for another reason and would have never know otherwise. When i called customer service the girl i spoke to was very nice and helpful. But her manager would not allow her to give me a full refund. Even after checking to make sure i never recieved an email saying i would be charged. Very disapounted with this company. The website is missleading. Shady and dishonest. :(

I was very excited to receive this service. Have paid for it for 3 months now and have not been able to access the site or any videos or anything not even once. The support team does not respond or help. It can't recognize my email or password but also won't send me a new password or any kind of email or information to help reset it. It is over all very disappointing! I wanted to give this an honest try for my son but it just seems like a scam that gives you the run around and takes your money. Sad =(

It's a shame about the way this company operates. I joined up a year ago and watched the videos with my daughter. Caleb has done a good job of creating the videos but appears to have become a victim of his own success. I had a new annual charge appear on my credit card. I didn't authorise it and now am tasked with trying to get a refund from their hopeless customers service' team. They are holding my card details without my permission so now I have to cancel my card and get a replacement one. Refund policies etc on their signup site go to a broken link. It's a shame as its good what Caleb is doing but he's not managing his business which is a sign of immaturity despite how strong he is on the personal growth side.

Felt what caleb was doing was a worthy cause. Signed up as an affiliate, paid $1 for ebooks (didn't say if it was a recurring payment or trial). I didn't get any email receipt detailing I've paid and what I've paid for. I don't have access to the ebooks or materials. I've reached out via live chat, emailed support and no response. I'm really disappointed as I wanted to promote caleb and felt he had a worthy calling. Now I'm worried that my credit card will be continuously charged like what the other reviews said.

This company is fraudulent. They store credit card information and use it without permission. A "free trial" has only been headaches, emails that claimed yes indeed I had cancelled are now only saying that I won't pay going forward. Incredible that a company that promotes young people and success has this bad of ethics. Had I realized what was in store for only trial a free trial, I would have run the other way. No service recovery.

I signed up for this membership but was overcharged and disappointed with the product. I have been trying to cancel every sense and I'm still being charged to this day. There is non-existent customer service as I have sent many emails and never received a response. The phone number given to reach customer service just has a message stating that no agents are available to take calls. This is super disappointing and illegal.

This is the best thing you could get for your kids. Not books with big words they can't understand, but active videos your kid can understand. So i really suggest this site. Yes, it takes some effort and money, but in the long run, it just gets better and better!

I paid Rs. 79 for an ebook but I didn't get the copies. Rs. 1407/- has been deducted by this site without my permission. This is the fraud and these people are fooling to all parents. Apex4kids.com saves our card details and deducts money from the account continuously.
