I've never written a bad review for any company but apex4kids take cheating to a whole new never. They basically cheated me out of my money and I've had to cancel my credit card because of them. They give you bull$#*! replies to keep making money in a horrible way.

Hi Sharmi, I am truly sorry to hear about that. After reviewing your account, it looks like you signed up for the yearly recurring subscription (we offer plans at $7/month and $59/year which is displayed during the signup process). I see that you were able to get this canceled and were sent proof on September 18th, 2020. You were also sent an email reminder on September 12th before your charge went through. Our conceirge graciously gave you a 50% refund as well and sent you proofs for that refund.
