The product is fine, but my child lost interest. We also never received the PRINTED books we were promised when we signed up (no not digital). I know that I did not sign up for auto pay because I don't do that. They charged me 10 months after our last login and when I called they said I was a few days past the point of being able to request a refund. What awful customer service. I will be disputing this with my credit card.
Hi Amber, after looking into your account, I see you called over 60 days after your annual renewal and we do have a 30 day refund policy. Also your membership only included the e-books complimentary, not physical books - those were an add-on.
