I signed up last year and was very disappointed with the video in the link that I received which was and old video and very loud. No helpful. I tried to contact customer service to CANCEL and I wasn't able to. The links were no working and emails were not delivered. I gave up and tried to forget about it. BUT This year they charged my credit card again without authorization. I am working with my bank now to get this resolved.
Be very careful to sign up to Apex 4 kids. I signed up, could never log in due to a typo that was never picked up as the account t wasn't activated via email. I tried to cancel my account numerous times. I received and email from Gaby Kho guaranteeing that my account has been cancelled and that I would not get charged again. A few weeks later it came off my bank account again! I'm now having to cancel it via my bank. I tried to contact them again about it. It has now been more than 48 hours and no response whatsoever. Think twice before signing up.

I would not spend any money on these people, they have charged me over $100USD which is a lot in Australian dollars when I had tried to cancel my annual subscription. To cancel their subscription is like a maze that takes you nowhere and no one answers customer care email. So I was charged and I was so annoyed it was also during covid lock downs when I had little money. I emailed immediately saying I do not want to be a member any longer and to refund the money that I had already requested not be charged. A week later they responded and said they won't refund and didn't answer any of my questions. I wrote again and complained this time. Again they didn't address any of my questions and said that they were basically doing me a favour by refunding 50%. I was so upset and disappointed and insisted they repay all my money, they refused and didn't answer any more of my emails. They also delete complaint messages on their FB as I had screenshot many others in the same situation. They are crooked. Don't go there.
I canceled after 35 days they wouldn't refund my money then they changed my account a year later! Now I can't contact anyone! I hate this website! Wish I had never given it a chance!

I have been trying to log in on the website Apex4kids but it said that my password is wrong, I tried to use the link I forgot my password but several times, but I never got the instructions to change my password in my email, I checked the spam inbox. I contact the support team, I chatted two times with them, they couldn't help me. They said they will contact me by email later, but nobody contacted me.
I would like that my son watch the videos and read the content in the website. I paid for that, however I very disappointed with all this situation.
I emailed them to ask for refund. Again not answer from them. I'm afraid I'll have to contact my bank to cancel any further charge from them

I knew i shouldnt have signed up with them. I canceled back in january of this past year...
Well i just got a text for the first timtime that my payment didnt go through. It is december. I had to qctually get ahold of thier "support team " back in january just to cancel. And look now. They have been stealing funds for a year putting it in thier pockets. 8 bucks a minth adds up if you do it to every non suspecting citizen that has decided to give thier" free trial" a try.

I am so sorry for the confusion; I do see that you activated your account near January by paying upfront (I don't believe we had a trial offer back then). It does look like you were billed six times since then at $7/month, which I understand is not acceptable. I'm not, however, able to refund that payment on my end. I'm a single mum to my 11-year-old son with ADHD - he LOVED the energy Caleb has in his videos and so I decided to invest when the program was in its early stages and at no point got any recurring payment email or notifications - as far as I knew, I paid a one-off special price for a year and that was that... Then in the midst of COVID hitting, I was left in the supermarket with my card declined and I had no idea why as I had just enough money for the fortnightly shop... When I investigated, it turned out I was charged for another year by apexkids! There was no advisory email as other reputable companies send, there had been no regular communication from them for over a year other than upsells and invites to join a new website or something similar. I'm NOT happy, I asked for a refund and was told it wasn't possible after waiting a good while for a reply. Then I courteously asked to speak with a manager as I had no money to buy groceries and my son had already watched all the videos and was bored... I was told to just enjoy the access for another year and to cancel for next year. I also asked them to cancel any payments for me as I had NEVER knowingly agreed to this and had NO paperwork mentioning a regular charge. That was back during Feb/March time? I still haven't heard back from any manager or anyone else, even though I sent a follow up email about a month later. It's disappointing and more so that users don't have access to their own private data on their user accounts!

We signed up to this program two months ago. First of all, I never received a confirmation and had to contact the support to get my password and be able to access the platform.
Then we realized that our kids were not interested in watching the videos, main reason: they are not native English speakers and Caleb speaks VERY fast, so they got frustrated as they couldn't understand much. So I contacted the support team again on August 17th to ask them to cancel the suscription, as on the platform, there is no option to cancel. As I didn't receive an answer, I contacted them again on August 24th, but did not receive an answer either. Yesterday (September 9th) I saw on my bank account that we got charged again. I'm SOOO disappointed! And now I just found this website here and read all the bad reviews and I TRULY hope, this will be solved soon and that I don't need to call my lawyer.

After sending a third email, I finally got an answer with a confirmation that the account was cancelled and that we will receive a refund for the last month. (They even answered on a Saturday, outside their business hours) AND I also found the place where one can actually cancel the subscription. This was not available on the member's area, but I found it, after researching a lot, in a reply of the Apex 4 Kids teams of a bad review on another site. First the site was blocked as the server detected it as not trustworthy, but after accepting anyway, I managed to access it.

I recently started a shopify business. I was looking for ways to advertise my shop better. I came across lookalikelibrary.com for facebook on Instagram boasting top rated data to convert customers. They offered a free 14 day trial at no charge simply cancel before the end of the trial. I signed up and saved all Information incase I wanted to cancel. Needless to say there supposed data did nothing for my store so I followed there instructions on how to cancel and cancelled 10 days before the due date. So I only tried it for 4 days. When I signed up they boasted that there clients earned big returns with this data worth millions that you just plug into your Facebook marketing and it would cost $199 a month after the trial. It didn't make a difference. I saw no more movement in my store than any other day. Assuming everything thing was canceled as I had followed the instructions to the letter I didn't think about it anymore. When the due date rolled around. I happened to be going to the store to transfer money to my rent payment account as it was due and take out some cash for my daughters birthday for a gift. When I looked at my account I saw 2 transactions for $199 totaling $398 to lookalikelibrary.com. Needless to say I was livid as I now didn't have enough money to pay the remainder of my rent nor get my daughter a gift. I sent multiple emails and phone calls but received zero communication. I eventually reported there activity to my bank and now my accounts are on hold, I have no money, can't pay my rent or get my daughter something for her birthday. As it stands as I'm writing this I don't know what I'm going to do or how this I going to get resolved. This company has totally ruined everything for me by not following what they advertised and stealing money. This company needs to be investigated immediately before others are scamed. On further research I discovered that Lookalikelibrary.com and Apex for kids is the same company. They are advertising on Instagram. I will be reporting them on there also.

Answer: Curious about your system but have read too many bad reviews here about poor customer support especially regarding the free trial. I would like to see a preview of the system to see if it will work for my kids as they are non-native English speakers.
