We did receive the videos for Caleb but my son hated them as he found him very "fake". I should have asked for my money back in 30 days and set a reminder for this but I hoped my son would come around and then I forgot about it.
A year later I was charged for a renewal without notice, if I had not been going through my credit card statement I would not have noticed. When I asked for a cancellation and repayment of the second amount of money I was denied the option. I am now waiting to see if they will charge me again next year! Hopefully my credit card will expire before they can do this too many times...

Signed up about 8 months ago, haven't received anything from them since last year, the money just keeps going off. Sent a message to their customer service email but looking at these reviews it seems I'll go unanswered or unable to do anything about this.

I got APEX 4 KIDS for my youngest son over a year ago. We NEVER received everything we requested. Since we were moving I 'let it slide', so to speak. Two days ago I received a notification that my card was debited again from these people! I had to discontinue my card and get a new one while I'm disputing these charges. I can't speak to the veracity of Caleb Maddix but someone there is crooked! Very disappointed with the program!

I wish I had read These reviews before I signed up, because these people are fraudulent.
I signed up because I thought it would be a benefit, but unfortunately my kids found it boring. When you sign up, watch the automatic renewal button which is conveniently ticked for you or just part of the actual subscription terms, because after I wrote off the fee for the year, they took more money out another year later. When I contacted them a day later to refund the amount, because we don't use the account, they refused. After 6 emails demanding a refund they consented to half, so unfortunately I'm still in battle for the rest of it. Completely disgraceful company with no ethics or customer service skills. It's a shame about the way this company operates. I joined up a year ago and watched the videos with my daughter. Caleb has done a good job of creating the videos but appears to have become a victim of his own success. I had a new annual charge appear on my credit card. I didn't authorise it and now am tasked with trying to get a refund from their hopeless customers service' team. They are holding my card details without my permission so now I have to cancel my card and get a replacement one. Refund policies etc on their signup site go to a broken link. It's a shame as its good what Caleb is doing but he's not managing his business which is a sign of immaturity despite how strong he is on the personal growth side.

I signed up last year and was very disappointed with the video in the link that I received which was and old video and very loud. No helpful. I tried to contact customer service to CANCEL and I wasn't able to. The links were no working and emails were not delivered. I gave up and tried to forget about it. BUT This year they charged my credit card again without authorization. I am working with my bank now to get this resolved.

Signed up last year for $7 a month - was excited but quickly realized I didn't like the principles and screaming that was going on. So I canceled my order now I have a charge on my account for $59. I have emailed them but no response just like last year. Calling my bank now to see what can be done - not happy - SCAM - so sad.

I am highly disappointed with the quality of the web site! First it was abnormally slow, and now I can't even log in since someone hacked the web site or whatever. I the point is that I paid annual membership and actually wasted my money since I can't use it at all.

I signed up for a free trial but cancelled before the trial was complete. I emailed that I wanted to cancel and was told it would be. However, I continued to be charged and finally had to block the debit at the bank level. I've requested 2 more times in writing to cancel and requested a refund but have not received a response. I am also receiving text messages at 4am because my payment was rejected by the bank. You want to teach children to be honest, hard working entrepreneurs? Teaching responsible business practices might be a good place to start. Scamming people is only going to damage your reputation and eventually destroy the company.

They have another company named " LOOKALIKELIBRARY.COM" and they took my card information and shut off their email. Another person also reported them as a scam. Look at like the pictures,

I recently started a shopify business. I was looking for ways to advertise my shop better. I came across lookalikelibrary.com for facebook on Instagram boasting top rated data to convert customers. They offered a free 14 day trial at no charge simply cancel before the end of the trial. I signed up and saved all Information incase I wanted to cancel. Needless to say there supposed data did nothing for my store so I followed there instructions on how to cancel and cancelled 10 days before the due date. So I only tried it for 4 days. When I signed up they boasted that there clients earned big returns with this data worth millions that you just plug into your Facebook marketing and it would cost $199 a month after the trial. It didn't make a difference. I saw no more movement in my store than any other day. Assuming everything thing was canceled as I had followed the instructions to the letter I didn't think about it anymore. When the due date rolled around. I happened to be going to the store to transfer money to my rent payment account as it was due and take out some cash for my daughters birthday for a gift. When I looked at my account I saw 2 transactions for $199 totaling $398 to lookalikelibrary.com. Needless to say I was livid as I now didn't have enough money to pay the remainder of my rent nor get my daughter a gift. I sent multiple emails and phone calls but received zero communication. I eventually reported there activity to my bank and now my accounts are on hold, I have no money, can't pay my rent or get my daughter something for her birthday. As it stands as I'm writing this I don't know what I'm going to do or how this I going to get resolved. This company has totally ruined everything for me by not following what they advertised and stealing money. This company needs to be investigated immediately before others are scamed. On further research I discovered that Lookalikelibrary.com and Apex for kids is the same company. They are advertising on Instagram. I will be reporting them on there also.

My email is *******@gmail.com. I just noticed 2 debits from you on 2 occassions. Dec 18,2019 and Jan 17,2020. These debits are unauthorised because I never used your application, neither did I authorise the transaction.

I knew i shouldnt have signed up with them. I canceled back in january of this past year...
Well i just got a text for the first timtime that my payment didnt go through. It is december. I had to qctually get ahold of thier "support team " back in january just to cancel. And look now. They have been stealing funds for a year putting it in thier pockets. 8 bucks a minth adds up if you do it to every non suspecting citizen that has decided to give thier" free trial" a try.

I am so sorry for the confusion; I do see that you activated your account near January by paying upfront (I don't believe we had a trial offer back then). It does look like you were billed six times since then at $7/month, which I understand is not acceptable. I'm not, however, able to refund that payment on my end. This company is fraudulent. They store credit card information and use it without permission. A "free trial" has only been headaches, emails that claimed yes indeed I had cancelled are now only saying that I won't pay going forward. Incredible that a company that promotes young people and success has this bad of ethics. Had I realized what was in store for only trial a free trial, I would have run the other way. No service recovery.

I paid Rs. 79 for an ebook but I didn't get the copies. Rs. 1407/- has been deducted by this site without my permission. This is the fraud and these people are fooling to all parents. Apex4kids.com saves our card details and deducts money from the account continuously.

Felt what caleb was doing was a worthy cause. Signed up as an affiliate, paid $1 for ebooks (didn't say if it was a recurring payment or trial). I didn't get any email receipt detailing I've paid and what I've paid for. I don't have access to the ebooks or materials. I've reached out via live chat, emailed support and no response. I'm really disappointed as I wanted to promote caleb and felt he had a worthy calling. Now I'm worried that my credit card will be continuously charged like what the other reviews said.

I was very excited to receive this service. Have paid for it for 3 months now and have not been able to access the site or any videos or anything not even once. The support team does not respond or help. It can't recognize my email or password but also won't send me a new password or any kind of email or information to help reset it. It is over all very disappointing! I wanted to give this an honest try for my son but it just seems like a scam that gives you the run around and takes your money. Sad =(

Answer: Curious about your system but have read too many bad reviews here about poor customer support especially regarding the free trial. I would like to see a preview of the system to see if it will work for my kids as they are non-native English speakers. (I am and can assist them but I'm not sure if they will get bored quickly or not as they don't understand the English used. They are in the right age range though 6,9, and 10).
