One of the best most stress-free online ordering experiences this holiday season. Order was smooth going through, no website crashes or issues checking out. Multiple communications via e-mail detailing where antonline was at during the process of getting my items to me. 2 Hours later the order shipped, and 2 days later I received the item.
Managed to snag their series S bundle. It came very quickly. Within a couple of days of ordering. I was a little weary of ordering from this site because I personally had never done so before but I was pleasantly surprised and play my new Xbox every night while everyone else is struggling to get one.
Initial order confirmation email went into spam so i didn't see it at first, emailed support after three days (said email confirmation was sent to this address, check spam etc.) which I found.
Bank statements show a full refund a couple days later, no email communication regarding this cancel (checked all folders, spam etc). Seeing the same bundle still being listed as in stock as of this review.
I was a little worried about using this company because of some negative reviews I read. I had nothing but quick and friendly responses from ANTOnline. The product was as advertised and showed up on time. I definitely would do business with them again.
This is an excellent experience. I had my notifications turned on, on Twitter. As soon as the drop went live I was able to cart one and check out easily. Make sure to set up your notifications so that you can be notified when the future drops happen.
I ordered 2 bulk packs of 10 motherboards and only received 1 in both! Not only that but both of them were open box, which was NOT stated on the sale. I am currently waiting for a personal response from them. All I got was an automated response telling me I can pay for return shipping or they will deduct it from my return amount. This is entirely their mistake and they want ME to pay to ship them back?! They won't even respond to the emails I've sent. These were purchased through newegg.com
I expected to get what I ordered on launch day, but instead I waited nearly a week. And I felt the weight of that wait. It was quite unpleasant to see others who did get it and have all their enjoyment so much more before I could. I had plans, things that I envisioned dashed away. And those days watching the ups progress bar making no progress. There are truly no more heroes in this world. Other than that arrived in good condition.
I have been looking to get my hands on this item for weeks. So glad ant online could come through not only with the item but making sure everything went smoothly. Looking forward to doing business with them again.

This has been over of the most stressful, irritating online experience I've had. The company cannot make any changes to your order, you cannot talk with anyone for clarification, you cannot get a helpdesk ticket followed up on properly and they generally don't care about helping you. It took them over a week to complete my order and even then it was to finally cancel it even though all of the information I provided them was correct and the payment method was good and had sufficient funds. My only guess it's that they a) are just a bad company with no customer care priorities or b) did not actually have the items to fulfill my order and therefore finally cancelled it.
What a horrible company to do business with. Ordered my Super Smash Bros with the full intention of receiving it by when they estimated delivery. Here I am a day after it was supposed to arrive still wondering why USPS is still waiting for them to hand over the package. No updates and no courtesy email to let you know it will be delayed. Never doing business with them again
I ordered a Surface Pro 6 through Antonline's Amazon seller account. The product never arrived. The company would not respond to a single call or email. They ignored my requests for a full $2000+ refund so I had to go through Amazon to get my money back. Thankfully, Amazon returned it because they could see that Antonline was negligent in all communication with myself and the Amazon returns investigation team.
Amazing service. I was skeptical ordering from antonline through google express after reading the reviews here but still went with it because of the type of review I'm writing. I ordered MSI GF63 thin notebook from antonline through google express 2 days ago and opted for 2 day shopping by paying an extra $45. I got the laptop EXACTLY on time, in fact earlier in the day and the package was properly packed, sealed and brand new. The laptop is amazing and I'm loving it so far. I'll update this review if anything bad happens (I hope it doesn't).

I'm not sure about the other reviews, but I was able to get the Xbox series X bundle with the elite series 2 controller on launch day. They sent my confirmation email, and tracking number all within a few hours. I ordered on Tuesday and it was at my house Thursday night. They're 100% legit..
Check out was extremely easy. Items arrived undamaged within 2 days of shipping, exactly as displayed on the website. For an item that was almost impossible to find, I was a little nervous about using a website I had never heard of before. I will likely end up shopping here more.
Ordered Microsoft Surface on Newegg marketplace. ANTOnline was the seller. They called and told me a delay. I agreed. Days later told me cancelled by New Egg. Not true. Customer service rep hun g up on me. Story kept changing. Such a joke.
Agree with other reviews. Worse company I have ever dealt with in my 83 years on the planet. Wish Antonline was on another planet. Farthest in the galaxy beyond reach. Stay away from this phony outfit if you don/t want to go nuts!
Ordered a PlayStation 5 in September. While the email communication was limited their status website was fantastic at being updated on time. Pre launch day they started packing for shipping and I had my ps5 a day after launch. Fantastic service. Highly recommend.
