Little skeptical at first when spending nearly $600 on a purchase from a site I've never heard of before, however I was blown out of the water with their communication and their shipping speed. A+ retailer and service!
I tried to order an Xbox One S that their website showed as in stock for $299. The first order they claimed my bank rejected the charge (it's an amex, that did not happen) and so they canceled the order. When I created a new order with a different payment, they accepted the payment, then a few hours later canceled the order and refunded the money, claiming I had ordered the same thing twice in violation of their policy (it is a legitimately limited edition item). When I called the second time the woman on the phone just straight up lied to me about the reason for the cancellation, claiming three different issues, none of which were true. Can't get a response from them now, consistent with other reviews above. I suspect they are driving traffic by selling items they don't really have, otherwise they are simply a disaster of a company that can't get out of their own way to make a sale. Either way, not worth the trouble of buying from them, you're not going to get what you want anyway.
I ordered a Microsoft Surface pen and keyboard. While shipping was fast, I received them both haphazardly thrown into a cheap, thin, paper USPS bag with no padding or protection whatsoever. The pen I got was the wrong color and the box has dirty smudges on it. The keyboard arrived unscathed, which is miraculous seeing how it is only in a thin cardboard tray covered in shrink wrap.
I would NOT purchase any delicate items through Antonline, and I would purchase with the fact in mind that the incorrect model may be delivered.
Tried to reach them for 4 months to try to obtain the serial number from my purchase. Still no response after dozens of emails and phone calls with a receptionist saying I would be contacted in 1 to 2 business days. I don't recommend anyone spend money with them because if you have and issue you can't talk to anyone.
Checking out was easy with antonline and I received an order confirmation shortly after. Only thing that scared me was receiving a delay email saying I could receive my product in greater than 3 weeks then getting a shipping notification the following day. However I got my package and the product works fine - though the box for the package was very messed up so I was hoping nothing happened to the actual item.
Wish I'd known about Site Jabber before I did biz with ANTonline. These reviews say it all. Bought a $300 Lenovo laptop (which was the worst, but not the site's fault), returned it, and paid shipping and a $100 restocking fee for the pleasure. They would not even respond to my pleas for sanity, even after I informed them I would make it my job to spread the bad word about my experience. Do business with these guys at your own peril.
Sold me a defective laptop and their policy forces the buyer to pay return shipping, even on defective product. Their customer service refused to acknowledge or talk about the return process, and stated they could only read me order information over the phone (the same order information I can see online). Slow and responding to emails and constantly gave incomplete information, deliberately avoiding questions.
This is not an exaggeration this is the worst company I have dealt with in my entire life.
I was having trouble finding a console anywhere locally but heard about antonline and was able to be lucky enough to snag a Xbox Series X bundle.
Came within 3-4 days, very fast shipping and required a signature at delivery! Would do business with antonline again!

Bought a xbox one thru walmart on dec 12 was to be here dec 21 its now jan 2 no xbox no communication after numerous calls and emails from myself and walmart. Poor customer service poor salesman. Do not buy from this company but i guess you get what you pay for. I ended up getting a full refund and going with another company.

I got frequent emails from the company on the status of my order and the whole process was executed very well. However, I got confused about some of the emails and decided to try and get clarity on them. This is when Susan Miller replied to my email with this response, "We can turn it around and cancel if you are not happy?". I can't fathom why you would engage with a customer like this, I can tell you that I'm probably not going to be a repeat customer now though. I was actually telling my friends how great this site was before that too.
I ordered a camera thru amazon.com with this company. When the camera failed to arrive at my house i checked the status of my order and it said it had been delivered. When i tried to resolve this problem with antonline they gave me the run around, had me wait while ups did a trace on the package and never returned my emails. I am still waiting to hear back from them. Thankfully amazon.com made it right by crediting my account so i could get another camera from a different seller. I would not recommend doing business with antonline at all. amazon.com on the other hand is a great company to do business with.
These guys are scammers. They will never refund you or reply your emails. I bought a surface pro on Amazon from them. Order cancelled and series of emails sent with no response. Had to file a case with amazon. And also American Express to get my money back.
Don't be deceived by their cheap prices. It's all a scam and effort to make you forget your money with them.
Bought an Xbox Series X bundle from them. Checkout was fast and easy. They send multiple email updates on my order and gives updates on when they have shipped your item, and when you have received your item. Xbox got here in 2 days, and the package was fully sealed and in good condition. I'm enjoying my Xbox Series X and if you're unsure about this company, don't be. I highly recommend them. Very easy, worry free, and fast.
