Antonline has a bad reputation, but nobody is certain why. Many were wary to try to secure a next-gen console through this company. I was, too.
The launch was overwhelmed by bots. I reached out to them several days later, and they offered me a bundle purchased by a bot (they cancelled all of these orders). I could not secure a console from any other retailer no matter how hard I tried.
The item shipped Tuesday, 2 days before launch. Got to Detroit (from ATL) by Wednesday afternoon. How many people bought a pre-order last month, had no issues, and received their console on launch? Uh, almost nobody.
I will say that getting shipping information was difficult. They were very tight-lipped about when they would ship, and I only found out once they actually shipped and I was alerted by UPS. For several weeks, they only said that Sony controls the ship date, and that they didn't have any other information. Was this true? I don't know. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. This console drop is a once-in-nearly-a-decade event, and millions of people were stepping in line.
Overall, I had a great experience through Antonline purchasing the most anticipated console ever. In the other 99.9999% of the time that the PS5 isn't launching, you will likely be satisfied.
I ordered a PS5 bundle and everything came on time and well packaged. Absolutely no regrets. I trust this company if I need to buy another big ticket item.

I ordered on November 13th for a PlayStation 5 bundle and received it on November 18th! Which was pretty fast with all things considered. Would definitely recommend them!
Was lucky enuff to get a pre-order bundle. It shipped on release day nov. 12th it arrived at 4pm monday the 15th. Every thing arrived in perfect condition.

Ordered my PS5 bundle on the 9th of November, was told it would ship on the 12th but actually shipped on the 10th! Received it on Saturday the 14th so shipping was quick I will definitely buy from here again!
Got my PS5 along with extra controller and two games but have yet to receive my gift card due to one of the games not being ready for release on time. Have sent emails with no response
Save yourself some time and money and don't order from them, trust other reviews, and don't think it might be different for your order or you get lucky somehow.

ANTONLINE never disappoints. The Bundle was shipped and delivered in 3 days and it came with everything you need. My nephew is going to be so surprised for Christmas.
Impossible to talk to a human customer service rep, and continue to receive automated emails with no helpful information that almost look like spam emails.
Communication was spot on with what was happening throughout the process and details were provided as much as possible for a clear and definitive delivery.
