Like many, I was reluctant to order from a retailer I had never used before. However, Antonline exceeded my expectations and delivered my order on time!
UPS softly knocked at my door and I missed them. Had to get someone to help with delivery the next day. Wish the shipper would allow for delivery to CVS.
My Xbox series X came within a few days of my order. I was emailed the order information along with the tracking to track my package. Great product. Fast Delivery
I ordered a laptop from antonline through google express. When I found a defect with the laptop screen, I called the customer service and returned it and ordered another one per their recommendation.
When I returned the defective one back to them, they refused to accept it falsely accusing me of removing the hard-drive. I have no idea how they determined that the hard drive was removed. When I got it back from them, I can see that its intact and is working in perfect condition except for the screen defect I returned it for. I called them and emailed them multiple times asking them for proof of their claim. I also told them that I can prove that its in the same condition I received it. But I am not able to get any response from them except for the one response saying that I removed the hard drive. And the funny thing is that this model doesn't even have a traditional hard-drive. It has an ssd and they keep saying I removed a hard drive without giving any proof to back up their claim.
So in a nutshell, if you run into any issues and have to return an item, they will find excuses to refuse it and not respond to any of your requests. I would never buy anything from this merchant again.

I ordered an Xbox One S 1TB on Walmart.com from ANTOnline. Never opened package and returned it. They promised a full refund of $219.99 After returning package (unopened), I received $177. Emailed customer service 3 TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE! COMPLETE RIPOFF!

I see all of these negative reviews, either about slow delivery or slow refund. It happens, get over it! ANTONLINE came through with xbox & ps5 preorders when the larger companies didn't! They took my preorder, & delivered my ps5 on launch day! THAT IS SOMETHING TO RAVE ABOUT! But keep talking about them, cause that's what's making them HOT!
I pre ordered a PS5 bundle on September 18th. Got to me the afternoon on November 12. Launch day here in North America. Everything included and was in good condition.
I had doubts about this company due to the bad reviews but I was not disappointed, my I bought my ps5 on launch day and received it 6days later! Will definitely be ordering from them again.
My experience with antonline was great, the ps5 arrived when they said it would and was in perfect condition, my son snd his young children just love the system, can't wait to get one for myself
Despite being advised against ordering from ANTOnline from general feedback, I stuck with my preorder as I couldn't secure a PS5 from any other retailers. Received my order on the date promised, no issues encountered.

If you buy something and it breaks and you want to return it - is IMPOSSIBLE! They do not answer phones or emails without telling you if you are over 30 day window you GET NOTHING BACK! We bought our Xbox for our son and it never worked ( off walmart.com website via ANTonline.com 3rd party vendor) walmart would not take the product back ( twice we tried) and walmarts answer was to call them and guess what NO ONE ANSWERS! RIP OFF!
