It's a lot of bias negative reviews online because they are a small company but I received my order(Ps5) on release date which was earlier than I expected. It was a smooth process no issues
Fast shipping & processing time! Loved that they have bundles which last longer than just the ps5 console as I can never be quick enough to snag just the console. Definitely worth the extra splurge.
I was able to snag a pre-order of the elusive PS5 bundle, and it was relatively easy to order through the site. AntOnline provided adequate updates, even when there was a SKU change to the bundle, there weren't any issues leading up to shipment. The shipment was understandably delayed a day (I assume due to the fervor of the PS5 launch and navigating through COVID). The issue I had was the way is was shipped. I received it in a torn open box, with no padding, and everything loose. I was disappointed to find a single sheet of packing paper about a yard long on one of the box, completely compacted. Luckily, nothing was lost from the shipment, and everything was intact with minimal damage. Although, not much can be done with the way UPS handles their packages, AntOnline can still improve their methods.
I ordered the Xbox one Minecraft bundle fr 219$ no shipping or taxes I was delivered in just days it was exactly what I would have gotten in store but extremely cheaper I had my doubts & was worried cause of all the bad reviews I had read but I had no problems what so ever & my grandson is super happy
Falsified return policy. Closed the return of an item even though the sites states it will return allow a retrurn with a 15% stocking fee. NO COMMUNICATION once the product is sold on Ebay. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ANTOnline.
I got my ps5! And I love it! Antonline kept me in the loop every step of the way, my only complaint would be that ups took a bit of time to deliver it, but everything else was great!
Quick delivery and product. Took a star off for customer service having little to no information about delivery delays. Still gave four stars because they surprised me with a quick delivery!
Incredibly rude, unprofessional, unhelpful support staff. Called company 3x for an update on my order and have received no response at all. Strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
I never received my order. I tried email and got no response. Then tried calling and they told me I needed to email. So I emailed again and still no response. It's been weeks.
Everything was as ordered and in good condition upon delivery. However, I wish ANT were transparent with having to sign for the delivery and restrictions on shipments. I get it - high value product needs a signature, but they ship items locked down like it's Fort Knox. UPS and myself couldn't make any changes to the delivery due to shipper restrictions. I called customer service and requested to change delivery to hold at UPS terminal, as like most, I work during the week. Customer "SERVICE" would not do it and offered no help as to a resolution to get the delivery another way. I was out of luck. If I missed three delivery attempts it was to automatically return to shipper and refund would eventually process. I luckily talked to some folks with common sense and picked my shipment up myself at the local hub - only because I beat the delivery driver back on the third day. If I'm spending hundreds of dollars I feel you'd be a bit more accommodating with getting the delivery to the customer.
So far everything is in perfect condition. Have not opened the actual PlayStation but the stuff that came in bundle was in great condition. Shipping was fast and nothing looks damaged as of now.
I've heard a lot of people have had problems in the past with this seller but I had no problems at all ordering or with shipment, would buy from antonline again in the future
I ordered a Lenovo laptop form that company and in the last 20 years I have dealt with tech merchants that was hands down the worse experience. Here is a list of failings:
1. Their paypal interface is defective as a consequence the full address is not copied over properly during PayPal checkout and requires a call to support.
2. They use "UPS Mail innovations" which is frankly rubbish at delivering.
3. The tracking number they send back has no information, and the their (UPS MI) website reads: "If 48 hours after shipping there is no information contact the merchant". Yeah good luck getting a response from the merchant.
4. An most important FALSE ADVERTISING. They list the product on their website as having an RJ-45 which in that model requires an external dongle. Do you think they included it? Do you think that after 3 calls they acknowledged their mistake? Do you think they even responded? All they are ever doing while answering the phone is "send an email to support" which is supposed to get back to you within 1-2 business days. So far they haven't responded 5 days after the first call. DO NOT USE THAT MERCHANT EVER.
I have not received my order but they did charge me. I have called and emailed, they say someone will contact you in 1-2 business days. After 4 weeks, I'm still waiting for someone to contact me.
I ordered a computer from them on 7/24/13. For 5 days the site said it was in the warehouse awaiting shipment. I called on 7/29 to check the status and was told they didn't know when it would ship but they would open a support ticket and I should hear back within 48 hours. On 7/31 I called back and they still didn't know. So I cancelled the order. On 8/6 I received an email with shipping information. Only the label was created at this point. (by this time I purchased one elsewhere). I tried calling them but got voicemail and then it disconnected me. I tried emailing them to tell them I had cancelled the order and not to ship it. Never heard back. Today (8/7) I received delivery notification that it would be here tomorrow. I emailed them that I would refuse the shipment since I had cancelled the order. This is what they finally emailed me back
"Refused shipments are treated as buyers remorse returns. Shipping charges both ways are deducted for refund as is a 15% restock charge"
The original order was supposed to ship within 2 days, NOT 2 weeks of the order. My credit card company will take care of it for me.
There invoice never stated anything about the shipping both ways, it did state that there would be a 15% restocking fee, however, they did not ship within their own time parameters so I will get my money back.
In all my years of online purchasing, this is the worst customer service and company I have ever dealt with.

Ordered some extremely expensive QL120 fans, 6 of them. Sent to HAWAII instead of AUSTRALIA! No response from their email and no solution for the hundreds of dollars I've had to spend that had left me empty handed.
Got my ps5 a week after launch. Was very excited just wish UPS did treat my package like crap. My system had a couple rough marks on it but it works fine so far.
My transaction was one of the best this round of new gen. The big retailer sites had no elasticity (for the cloud nerds) on order load. These guys had it together.

Seemed to be fine got my ps5 and 2 games and a extra controller only thing I didn't find good was the outer packaging had a little damage but nothing to the console itself
