I placed an order during the Black Friday to purchase the laptop on amazing price and everything went smooth. I got it delivered within 5 days or so and had no issues (probably because I got backed up by Google as I saw many reviews reading that people receive Surface Laptop First-Gen instead of the 2nd Gen).
Could not be happier with my ANTOnline order experience. I was fortunate enough to secure the greatest next gen console on the market, the Xbox Series X during ANTOnline's Cyber Monday drop and received an email stating my order had shipped only a few hours after purchasing. I then received my order via UPS on Wednesday of that same week, which was only two days later! Thank you so much ANTOnline, I'm proud to be part of the AntFam and am glad I went with you guys because I am already enjoying my Series X instead of waiting for it to arrive at the very end of this year or the beginning of next year like I would be if I had purchased from *other retailers*!; p

Buyers beware. This company is bad news. They charged on my credit card with out my permission. They waited until the 30 day window was up and said sorry we can not offer you and RMA and no refunds.
It was my first time shopping online here, and I was immediately met with disappointment. As I waited for a package that would never arrive, and was met with robotic answers or was downright ignored. The package was a series x bundle which already isn't cheap, which makes sense a signature would be required, but to my surprise when I got back from work, I would see no sign of attempted delivery that ups normally does, and instead later find out while contacting ant online support that it was so called "delivered" with a signature that wasn't mine, the signature read Coivd which isn't my name nor did I sign for anything. It's been more than 2 weeks which is what ant online support told me to wait for the ups investigation and still I have not heard anything back from them, I've contacted support multiple times only to be met with a message saying it was delivered which it was clearly not, or downright with no response whatsoever. This was truly the most horrible experience I've ever had while shopping online and would not recommend shopping here to anyone. I just feel robbed.
My order did not ship until around 5:30 pm on Monday for my promised delivery date for Tuesday, delaying it to be received on Wed.
But it was received intact and even though delayed, all is well.
When I purchase my PS5 bundle was a little bit afraid to order it for my store I never ordered from before but reaching out to antonline They make sure to tell me that my order is in and will be shipped as soon as they were able to get word from Sony and it arrived 1 day after the launch of the PlayStation 5 so I'm really happy with their communication and my experience.
Everything about my purchase went smoothly, from ordering to delivery! My product arrived in a timely manner! I will not only use ANTonline again, I will also recommend them to friends and family!

After placing the initial order, I received two emails of confirmation. For context, I pre-ordered a PS5 bundle. Upon release date arrival, I had still not received any information regarding shipping/tracking to even let me know what was going on. I called on the 12th of November, and the first representative argued what a ‘business day' is after she stated I'd receive my order over the weekend and promptly hung up on me. I spent a little over 700$ with this company on my bundle, and while I did receive everything on the 14th. I definitely didn't need to be disrespected. All I had asked for was confirmation. When I called back I spoke with another rep, who apologized (cool) and told me she'd send me a confirmation email which literally never came. They are super lucky everything arrived on Saturday because on Tuesday, if my order hadn't arrived and I'd still gotten no word, I was gonna go Super-Mecha-Karen on whoever answered the phone.
Personally, I had no idea what ANTOnline was all about - all I knew is that I was directed to their site and discovered an IN STOCK bundle for the PS5. No price mark up, no experience to base my decision off of, just faith - and I'm grateful I did. My order was frequently updated with communication efforts and upon launch day while the horror stories piled up for larger retailers, UPS arrived and I signed - happy kid at heart here thanks to ANTOnline
I bought a Seagate 5TB Expansion Desktop Drive from Walmart and had no clue I was actually buying it from ANTOnline. Well to make the story fairly quick. I spent five days writing to this hard drive like 3.5 terabytes but then it would not read for more then a min and sometimes a few seconds. IT WAS BROKE. I called for a return to get a new one and they sent me shipping label in my email. Well in about a week i got a partial refund. They charged me a restocking fee and buyers remorse fee and a shipping fee. They did not give me my full refund or a new hard drive. Walmart gave me a gift card for the amount i lost but ANTOline would do nothing. They are SCAMMERS and gladly take your restocking and shipping fee and sell it again if it works or not.
Loved everything except order tracking. You are only shown the order number once and that is absolutely necessary to track the order and completely unnecessarily difficult to obtain after moving past the page that displays it. SCREENSHOT THE CONFIRMATION PAGE
Aside from that, my day 1 Series X arrived on day 1 while Amazon and Walmart both said day 1 pre orders could arrive as late as December 30th.
5/5 Stars, tracking sucks if you expect to be sent a tracking number or shipping email. You will get neither.
I bought a Xbox One X from Antonline through Google express over the holidays because of a great deal Google Express was running. The console I received fairly quicker about 4-5 days later. But the box had tabs that looked like it had been previously opened and resealed. The controller inside the box also had a stain on it. So I went through Google express and returned it. They received it back, but never sent me my refund. After numerous chats with Google express they keep saying that the returns department is backed up from the holidays. Its now February there is no way a company should be backed up 2 months later. I ended up doing a charge back with my credit card company to get my money back. So avoid this company like the plague and also Google Express for not assisting better in this matter. Also just an FYI if anyone needs to know, I ended up buying a new Xbox One X from Bestbuy and the tabs were also resealed on that one. I think Microsoft does this to all the Xbox's when it includes digital download cards. I ended up keeping that one, but the moral of the story is that Antonline still should of refunded me my money as soon as they received the return package.
I preordered the PS5 bundle. At first, I was hesitant about this site because people were saying that this site is scammy. However, they were very diligent when it came to sending email confirmations about the order. While waiting for the PS5 to arrive, one of the games included in the bundle was delayed by Sony, so I was giving the amount of the game to spend as credit for the PlayStation store. The PS5 arrived on time and everything was in the package. Very pleased with the service and ashamed that I believed I was scammed at first lol.
But I received my tracking number right away for the Nintendo Switch with Super Smash Bros Ultimate and it was scanned in and in transit with UPS the same night. Since UPS is showing it in their possession I trust that the seller (ANT) shipped exactly when they said they did. I still have a few days to wait for delivery but most negitive reviews I saw were for UPS never receiving the product so I wanted to throw in my experience thus far... I'll post an update review when the Switch is delivered but so far so good!
