I pre-ordered a PlayStation 5 bundle through ANTOnline and everything went perfectly. They kept me updated on my order status right up until the moment it shipped and then I used the UPS tracking so I could know when it was being delivered. My package got here on the date that ANTOnline said it would which was PS5 launch day! Could not be happier that I used this website and I highly recommend it.
I never received the item. UPS tracking came and went for June 16th. I emailed multiple times and Susan Brown (shipping manager) ensured me it would be delivered and to be patient. She also blamed covid for lack of UPS personnel and delays on their part (untrue in my circumstance according to UPS). UPS did an investigation and could not find it. UPS was awesome and helped me figure it out in about 4 business days. ANTOnline still insists it may still be found and delivered, and won't offer any resolution or help for 30 days. Absolute garbage company with garbage policies. They are holding my ~$1000 ransom despite UPS informing them about it being lost and probably being claimed out already at this point. Don't call customer service either, for some reason they pay people money to answer phones and just fill out the same support ticket you can do yourself on their site. They literally can't (or won't?) do anything else. Worst experience of my life with an online order. Amazon/Walmart/Target/Newegg etc all have helped me in the past with issues and I have ALWAYS been refunded immediately when I was not satisfied or ran into a problem. We'll see if I get my money back, I'll be sure to follow up with any shenanigans they will pull in attempt to be held accountable.

I ordered keyboard cover from them thru Amazon and tried to return to them because of much better price elsewhere. After multiple e-mails to them they wouldn't tell me how much my refund would even be so I didn't get it elsewhere after all. Their customer service IS TERRIBLE AND NO HELP. I wish I had read these reviews first and pray that this item is okay since it is Xmas present.

This company wants me to pay for the return shipping for the 3 non working items i purchased from them. Now i know why the products were marked down over fifty percent.
I bought a Dell Inspiron 15 15.6" Laptop Intel Core i5-8265U 8GB RAM 256GB SSD laptop. I needed the laptop for my brother as he is starting his Grad classes and needed it for his assignments.
Upon delivery and setup, it started showing the display issue on first day itself. Screen suddenly went black and would not start up until you close the screen and open up again. I made few videos as an evidence.
I called and emailed antonline explaining issue, and then asked for refund. I sent the Laptop back and no refund was done. Waited for couple weeks and then called them for refund. Antonline made only partial refund claiming that device is fine. I sent them one of my video showing the issue. But They stopped responding to my emails since then.
This is the first time that I had such horrible online shipping experience with anyone.
