Antonline has a tough time doing the right thing. I purchased a laptop from them on 07/09, I was then notified that my order was cancelled 4 days later on 11/09. Their response was Newegg had failed to promptly notify them (3rd party seller) of orders, there was a 2 hour delay. As a result, the item was already sold out and on backorder (their site shows 72 in stock?!) when I placed the order so they cancelled my order. I reached out to them communicating that I voluntarily accept the lead time for the backordered item to come in if they honour the price. No response. So in the end, Antonline, ironically failed to promptly notify me (the customer) of the cancellation causing me to take a pass on other laptop deals in the interim, its Neweggs fault, my loss and Antonline is innocent. Way to run a business! Put the customer last!
Was a bit hesitant ordering from ANTOnline for the first time reading some of the negative reviews. But knowing that this would be my only shot at pre-ordering the PS5 I took the chance and so glad that I did. The PS5 came on time and works perfectly!
I was able to buy a ps5 on antonline after I purchased one on Costco and Costco canceled my order with a bs credit card excuse that made no sense. The ps5 bundle had all the games I wanted, they shipped it same day, and I got it 3 days later. I went from thinking I wouldn't get a ps5 at all to getting one 3 days later.
I'm thrilled with my purchase of the PS5! I'm still in shock that I was able to snag one from here every single other company was sold out of preorders! As soon as the date the PS5 was released they shipped it and it reached my house in a couple of days! I'm soooo happy and will definitely shop from this company again in the future!
Overall a positive experience. They got me my ps5 in a timely manner. That's said, they put the console box, controller box and games in a larger box with no extra padding. This caused the console box to bounce around in transit curshing the controller box and dinging up the ps5 box inside. Luckily, everything inside the boxes (console, controller and games) seems to be functioning and intact despite the packaging being mangled.
I was able to purchase the Xbox Series X which was great. Unfortunately, I had to buy a bundle which included a very expensive Xbox Elite2 Wireless controller which I already had. That was upsetting and made me spend an extra $180 approximately.
I preordered a PS5 from them, though I'd never heard of them before. I had to decide in seconds, and it was a big leap to drop nearly $800 on an unproven company. Their online systems and email messaging (and lack of ability to reply) aren't inspiring, but, at the end of the day, they came through and delivered what they said they would. ANTOnline could use some polish, but they did what they said they would. I would buy from them again.
I took a chance, despite the haters, to buy from antonline. I was not disappointed, had no problems whatsoever. Don't read into the negative reviews people love to complain online.
PS5's are in high demand. While this was a more expensive package, I think the fact that people were a bit hesitant on this site and the amount of content in the bundle allowed me to actually secure one.
The site was FANTASTIC. Shipping just a day or so later, arrived just a day or so later. I'm loving my PS5 and I'm super thankful to have found ANTOnline. Thanks so much!
I pre-ordered a PS5 bundle from them and they charged me twice for the same bundle. I called, told I "have to email the support team for a ticket", which I did and the $#*! I dealt with denied that they have charged me twice, I have my bill to prove it, and threatened to cancel my order if I continued to email them. I now have to go through my credit card company to get my money back and obviously, will not be getting the PS5 from them. They've now canceled it and still have my money! I'm also contacting the Georgia Attorney General's Office to get them involved. They are thieves!
Preordered the PS5 and received it right away. Perfect condition. It was a smooth and easy preorder process and Antonline communicated the entire time, giving regular updates so I knew my order was safe.
I ordered a ps4 through antonline sent me an email saying my order was being processed for shipping. They sent me a tracking number. I never received my order because antonline canceled my order and they never emailed me saying that they canceled my order or any kind of communication for that matter saying they canceled my order or why they canceled my order
I told them that since my order was not processed I would like to cancel it as per the customer agreement I made with newegg. Screw you newegg and antononline. They told me that in 2016 there wasn't anything they could do to cancel the order. I would have to wait 24-48 hours. Oh gee, pretty sure the order would get processed quick, fast, and in a hurry during that time. I told newegg that if they charge my card it is a fraudulent charge per mine and NEWEGGS end user agreement Not anton online. Everyone is balking at me right now, so disappointed in newegg on this one.
My first order with ANTOnline was for the brand new Ryzen 5900x. After striking out with numerous other retailers, I stumbled upon ANTOnline's website and found the part to be in stock. I quickly bought it (while cancelling my preorder at another retailer) and soon after the part was listed as back ordered. I was cautiously optimistic that I had gotten in on time, and my order status was very detailed, giving me a November 13th target date to expect shipment. I did not expect the part to ship on that date, especially after receiving an email that my order would likely be delayed for multiple weeks. But I was shocked when the part was shipped on the 13th and actually arrived a week later. I didn't believe it until it was actually in my hands.
I'm very satisfied with my purchase and will consider ANTOnline again in the future.
Antonline is ZERO concerned with customer service. I have never encountered an entity (including utility companies and government agencies) with such poor customer support.
My credit card has been charged and the FedEx label was produced a week ago on August 12th and on August 19 the FedEx tracking still shows only that the label has been created.
The original update after the label was created from you was that shipping was in 1 or 2 days.
Your response after I complained to Newegg was that the computer had shipped yet FedEx say they do not have it.
I arranged for a tech to set up the Server on Friday last week and was charged a cancellation fee.
It shows that the computer is shipping from Chico, CA to Torrance CA which is one day so it should have arrived on Wednesday if you were truthful.

I had never heard of ANTonline, but I am happy I did! I purchase my PS5 on launch day 11/12 and had it in my house in 5 days! The bundle I got had great titles that I plan to buy anyways; none of the nonsense from GameStop
I was apprehensive because I handn't heard of the site and there were some less than favorable reviews. I took a chance and preordered a PS5 bundle. My experience was great and I recieved my bundle earlier than expected which is more thsn can be said for many large retailers selling the PS5. I wont hesitate to order from antonline again.
