Was able to place an order on the new PS5. Received multiple emails and status updates which ensured I was always in the loop with my order. On top of all that I got my order on time and couldn't be happier.
I contacted the Atlanta BBB about ANTOnline and basically got the "run around" from them. After numerous emails, back and forth, they just dropped the issue and quit communicating with me. They either have no influence with Atlanta businesses or they are just as corrupt. Don't waste your time with the Atlanta BBB. ( Better Bulls--t Bureau)

I ordered an xbox one X bundle. Got a tracking number and it's not moved from Georgia since the 24th. I emailed and they say they sent it out but ups says they never got it. I then called got told it was still in the wearhouse and should be sent out soon cause they are working all weekend. Then emailed again cause I thought something was wierd and got told it was sent usps when I have a tracking number for ups. They just keep changing storys. I'm giving them till Monday then I'm reporting it fraud
I just find the website to be a little barebones. Little to interact with and I couldn't find a way to track my order outside of an email link. Also for a pre order from so long ago I didn't receive any information until it shipped. No order confirmation or anything, except for one email about an individual part of the order.
I was able to preorder the PS5 days before its release. The bundle was at a reasonable price and I got it delivered really fast and received it a day after its release. I dont know why everyone says AntOnline is a scam because I received my order just the way it was promised. They came thru with my PS5 preorder and I am very satisfied and happy
Ordered 3 toys for x-mas... got 3 3M #5 sand papers... Antonline cannot be reached... expected Walmart would have checked their vendors! That loss of money on the toys tcaused me to cancel a $600 order to Walmart on other items not through Antonline... went to Wyfair for those items... figure if Walmart cannot control the quality of their vendors... then so goes it!

After Sony allowed retailers to randomly drop pre-orders of the PS5 without warning. I had to search through twitter to find a retailer with a site that wouldn't crash the second I clicked the "check out" button. I was lucky enough to find ANTOnline and was skeptical at first because I never heard of them before. After reading some reviews, however, and hearing from friends that they were legit. I decided to purchase the console from them and even opt for the package set with an extra controller and games. Ordering was smooth on their website but their shipping time was slow and it arrived a little beat up because they put the PS5 box inside a larger box with no packing material inside just the other controller and games. This lead to the PS5 box getting somewhat squished and torn but the PS5 inside the box was all good.
I preordered a PlayStation 5 bundle from Ant Online. Out of the many retailers/online stores they were the only place I could find one in stock! Ordering was fast as well as very easy to use with multiple payment options. After release it was time for delivery, I was quoted 3-5 Business days and got my bundle in 2 days and I was surprised in the speed and care my package was handled! This was was my first time ordering from ANT Online and I was glad I did! I definitely would recommend them to others as well as personally ordering from them again! Great job to ANT Online!
Ps5 preorder. Placed order for bundle, got email confirmations after I ordered and prior to launch, they contacted me to let me know everything was good to go. Order was shipped and delivered a few days after launch. Good deal!
I was able to preorder my PS5, got frequent communication on the status of the order, as well as changes to the bundle due to a delayed game. Received my order the day following the systems release in perfect condition, as ordered.
No real tracking information was given and hard to find the information and didn'thavetosignfor the package that was alot of money. Other than that everything was great got my xbox the day after it released.
I ordered an HP monitor and after checking the reviews I asked myself "what have I done". You can't cancel the order so I sat back and waited. It was shipped the next day via UPS (free shipping) and I used their supplied tracking number to track it all the way. When it arrived I wasn't home to sign for it so UPS put a stickie on my door. I was home the next day and was able to sign for it. The monitor was clearly a factory original and had the original factory packaging. I unpacked it, cabled it up, and plugged it in. It worked. The overall experience was great except for having to sign for the package - not enough to drop the review to a 3 or 4.
Ordered cell phone battery, description had the cell phone model in it so I know it was the right one, got a completely different battery which does not fit and nowhere on the package is there a mention of the phone I ordered for. Emailed to get rma and was told I'd have to pay for shipping, WTF! I even managed to send an email to their CEO, Charles Comerford, and get the same run around. They screwed up and now I have to pay more! This is a classic bait and switch where the item is of minimum value they figure they can send anything and the customer will just write it off rather than return it. My company is disputing the charge on the card I used to purchase the battery so I'll get some satisfaction but will NEVER buy from them again.
I was able to cop the PS5 without hassle, despite the high demand. From the moment I purchased to it hit my door step the emails were exceptional. Shipping was fast and the packaging wasn't exaggerating and straight to the Point.
I Preordered a ps5 bundle. No issues with the order or delivery. Bundle arrived one day after launch. One game didn't launch and I received my Refund as a PS credit the same day the Ps5 shipped. Very satisfied!
I have never felt with any company that was so unprofessional and showed no concern in customer service before. I would advise anyone to stay away from this place. I made 11 phone calls in the past 14 days to Antonline and everyone was answered and was advised I would get a return call or email in 24-48 hours but have yet to get a return call or email. I have gone to the website and made 10 customer service tickets to get help with a overcharge on my account and yet to get a single reply. So I am dealing directly with my credit card on this matter. Believe me stay away from these people they are horrible. Dont believe there FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ITEM EVERY DAY. They offer no free shipping at all on any item regardless of the price.

But I can definitely say without certain the quality and the time management that I received my PlayStation was superb I definitely trust this website and I will be ordering again soon.
