I ordered 2 wireless controllers for my grandsons, one has water damage to the box and the other was just fine. How does a company send out something that is obviously wet? Very disappointed!

Preordered a ~$700 PS5 bundle in September despite all the negative reviews found online; order arrived as advertised and earlier than expected. 4 stars due to the fact that they could stand to have a bit more communication during the process (particularly given the price/extreme nature of this preorder) & I wasn't thrilled with the lack of protective material in the box (PS5 itself was fine but the extra controller and two games were free to fly around inside during the shipping process). Overall, would recommend and 100% order from again... as mentioned, I can't speak to everyone else's negative experiences, however.
Got the new Xbox AND PS5 from them. Both are great, service and shipping was great.
One issue: only way to buy a PS5 from them was to buy the bundle, which came with a bunch of games I'll never play and can't return. Kind of a waste/bummer, but oh well.
Item was very poorly packaged. When spending money on a product I expect the issuer to handle damage control. This did not happen it was in a bubble wrap resulting in damaged and warped corners.
I'd give this company 0 stars if I could. Their return policy is garbage. I received a defective mouse, returned it, and they kept 15% of the cost and did not pay for return shipping.
Bought a brand new monitor for $155. It was broken when unboxed and tested. Returned. They took a very long time to issue a refund and when they did is was only 77 dollars. I hope they resolve this and change my mind. I was shorted close to 80 dollars. Time will tell.
Their shipping policy is, apparently, that you MUST be home to sign for a shipment. No leaving a signed delivery attempt for the driver the following day, no redirecting the package to a carrier facility for pickup, no way to simply release responsibility and have the package left at your doorstep. If you can't be there during the work week to sign for a package, it will automatically be shipped back to antonline and you'll be charged a 15% restocking fee, which is absolute BS. Even if you call them directly, there's "nothing they can do" about it despite UPS saying otherwise. So, because I'm being held hostage against paying a $100 restocking fee, I had to take a half day of PTO to sit at my house because I, like most, work and am out of the house during normal delivery hours.
It would be extremely useful if they would let you know about such a ridiculous policy ahead of time, but there is no mention of this shipping policy anywhere on their website. So, if you plan on purchasing from them, make sure you'll have someone home 24/7 or that you order it in the middle of the week with the hopes of getting a Saturday/Sunday delivery date. Ridiculous. Worst part about it is I had to pay $56 for this asinine shipping.
Ordered my PS5 with no issues, shipping speed obviously wasn't great but it wasn't advertised as a 1-1 shipping method with the likes of Amazon so no issues there. It arrived pretty close to expected date.

I am very pleased with the pixel buds 2. I am coming from a pair of tozo t10s, which have fantastic sound quality for the price. While the pixel buds cost nearly 3x as much, I got them because I wanted easy access to music controls and google assistant without having to take my phone out on runs/bike rides.
The touch sensitive controls on the buds work so well, even with thin gloves on. It's even fun to swipe forward and back to adjust the volume on the go.
Sound quality is important to me. I immediately reject any headphone that sounds tinny/flat. The pixel buds, while certainly not audiophile level sound, do a great job in this sense. Even without noise cancelling, I am more than happy to listen to these hours on end.
Form factor: very well designed, essentially sits flat with the ear cartilage. So thin that they do not stick out at all. I love the design. Some have complained about discomfort during long sessions - I have not noticed this at all.
I was skeptical on ordering from a site other than Amazon or BestBuy but Antonline had many positive reviews. I ordered the X3D and they were I very quick to provide details on shipping and tracking information. The CPU was delivered much earlier than expected. The package did have some dents but no damage on the CPU itself.
I ordered a 12TB cloud storage and they sent me a 4TB one. I want to return it but their return policy is the buyer will pay for delivery charge and 15% restock fee. I bought it from rakuten.com and they won't help me to resolve it. This is a total rip-off.
I was skeptical of buying from antonline since I hadn't heard of them before, but saw they were taking pre-orders for the PS5 in September. I decided to give them a shot and they did excellent! I would highly recommend them and will buy from them again in the future. Thanks Antonline!
