Fast shipping, but the box the items were shipped in had just one small piece of paper inside. As a result of the total lack of protection, two of the game cases were broken on the edges. Luckily the PS5 was undamaged. Really need to add bubble wrap or similar to this packaging.

I ordered an Xbox Series X bundled with an elite wireless controller. I only received the Xbox in a torn up box. I contacted support and was told I'd get the controller mailed the same week - it's been two.
Slow shipping experience but overall it was delivered exactly when the shipping label said it would be. No complaints other that I would have liked to be given the option to expedite the shipping by even paying more at the check out time if this was going to be a factor.
This store does not require a subscription (that I do not need) to buy a PS 5 instead the sell you a bundle of merchandise that I will make use of in one package.
The only hiccup is that the dual sense charger was not working. I will reach to them for replacement
I was looking for pre orders for the ps5 and found ant online. Seeing the reviews i was really cautious about ordering but I pulled the trigger and got two pre orders. Sure enough the day came and I received them in a couple days with no problems, the ups tracking number was on my email and everything went perfectly. So if you are like me and are nervous about ordering here dont be, they are super professional and deserve recognition when they perform well. Good job antonline, I will be ordering from you again.
My bundle never arrived. Purchased on 8/12, today is 8/29. Replies to my emails and phone call were uncaring with a not-my-problem attitude. I'm out $822 and no PS5 after months of fighting scalpers.
Update - Finally Ant decided to do something! What did they do? They recalled my PS5 bundle from UPS without option to have it reshipped or delivered. Why? The last digit in the zip was a 5 vice 4. What a clown show. At least I got a refund but the fighting with scalpers was in vain. My first and last Ant purchase. Terrible service.
Grateful antonline had product for me but wish it was in better packaging my delivery box seemed to go through some damage package was literally product inside a bigger box no support for transport damage controller box had similar damage probably from delivery service

I was worried after reading the reviews on here. I ordered an Xbox One X PUBG bundle with RDR2 for $350 with free shipping. I ordered through Google Express. I posted the deal on SD and it been removed because apparently there have been people complaining enough about the site that SD added them to their banned list. Needless to say the item arrived today in perfect and brand new condition. I can't speak for every order but this company has definitely fulfilled their end of the deal without any issues!
Bought 4k pc montior. Find out it is broken after plugging in everything. Try to return it, but said they didn't get my e-mails before the 30 days. They did, but were looking at the wrong e-mail address. Claimed 30 day limit was up because of their own incompetence. I'm out $1400 dollars. Once they have your money they will run. Seriously $1400 is nothing to sneeze at...
Was able to purchase a PS5 when every other retailer was sold out within moments. ANTOnline was very professional and sent me a confirmation email, a tracking ID, and even followed up to make sure I received everything. Came with everything advertised online. I'm a happy gamer!
You actually had stock. I'd tried buying a 5900x from multiple vendors. None even made it to my shopping cart. Someone on the Anandtech forums linked you guys and I won't lie... I was apprehensive but this was one of the smoothest experiences I've had buying something online.
I did not realize this was not from walmart.com until I received an email. The refund policy is unfair/unjust/just plain horrible. I ordered an air purifier and had it for less than 3 days. Sent an email to get a refund and received an email stating it was a "personal product" and thus unable to refund. How is an air purifier a personal product? Walmart and others should boycott this company for fraudulent practice. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
I ordered a Surface Pro 7 on Jun 1st and it arrived defective. I attempted to let Antonline know my item is defective, but never heard back. I was emailed a UPS label to ship the unit back and get a replacement, but once they received the tablet back they refunded me and charged me $130 restocking fee on a DEFECTIVE computer. I have been trying to speak to someone ever since (Jun 4) and I am YET to hear back from someone (today is Jun 26). I have tried calling, emailing and they are ignoring me. Worst reseller ever and Microsoft should stop listing them. When someone pays $900 for something at least have the audacity to face them and help them resolve the issue. Please if you're reading this review, do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.
