I ordered 2 pairs of "orthopedic" shoes that took over 2 weeks to arrive and I paid the higher express shipping rate. The shoes were too big and wide and felt like wearing a box. I contacted customer service within 30 days for a full refund (which is stated in a ticker tape at the top of website), and they started playing their game. First I had to send pic of shoes and original packaging. Then they stated there are wonderful reviews of these sneakers and that they were a hot item, so they only offered me a 10% refund. We emailed back & forth as they then offered 15%, then 20%. The return address on the shipping envelope is Joe Doe- go figure. What a SCAM! I fell for it and did not check their reviews. I am furious!

Very Low Quality and Poorly Made shoes. They will not return my emails for request of return and refund. Three pairs of shoes stuffed into a beat-up, torn, thin plastic bag which damaged one of the shoes. The shoes smelled of strong chemicals straight from the plant that made them. These shoes are just terrible! I have emailed them with all the information from my order but no response! I have major buyers remorse and wasted my hard earned money on this crappy product!

Not my best experience. It took 17 days to receive my shoe order. They were as pictured: cute but fit like wearing 2 boxes: flat, stiff and loose. I immediately requested a refund. After a lot of back and forth with offers of partial refunds to "save me return postage money", it took 7 days to receive my 50% refund. Sending them back at my expense would have cost almost twice what the shoes were originally worth. Would I buy from them again, probably not.

If I could rate in the minus stars I would! I bought a pair of shoes size 7 extra wide, they were size 7 they were not wide or extra wide. The company offered me a 10% refund. I eventually bargained a 40% refund. After I agreed they refunded less than that amount when I asked why they said their policy (which was never presented) was to deduct shipping costs. This has taken weeks! It turns a person completely off internet shopping. I wish I would have read the comments on this site before I bought the shoes, I never would have done so. Avoid this company, it seems they just make money sending folks unsatisfactory products and keeping most of your money!

I ordered two pairs of size 8 shoes, one for me and one as a mothers day gift. We are both consistently a size 8 shoe. The shoes were cute but way too big. I tried to exchange them and they told me they could give my 25% back or I could donate them to someone who would fit into them. I did not buy two pairs of shoes to donate!

Ordered shoes turned out way too small. Ordered size 10 shoes so off sized they might have fit size 7-8. Company offered 10% refund, said shoes measured individually and no 2 pairs same size. Suggested I give them to a friend. Offered 10% rebate.

I ordered one pair of "cute" shoes and I always wear a 7 1/2 and after over 3 weeks I got a pair of cheaply made shoes that would fit a person wearing maybe an 8 1/2. I immediately asked for a refund. I got back a response (that went to my junk mail) asking for a picture of certain things which I immediately sent to them…*******@Koyito. Com. I have since resent the same information 2 more times with no reply. This one way communication has been going on now for over 5 weeks. I think it is safe to say I will not be getting any satisfaction from this company. I should have read the reviews first!

Ordered a pair of their shoes. Finally came. The material is inferior. I wouldn't even donate them to a goodwill store. I wouldn't expect anyone could wear them. Don't look anything like the photos in their ad. Their return policy says they will refund your money. I contacted them the day they arrived. Their first response was my email had been blocked! I received an email back the next day. Said they would let me know. Next email said since they could have been used they could refund me $3.00 of the $30.00 I paid for them. Ha. Are they kidding? Don't buy their merchandise. I paid through PayPal & I let them deal with it.

I ordered shoes and they send me 3 sizes to big. Will not send me a return address. Always try to give me a discount. What am I supposed to do with shoes 3 sizes to big? Total scam company. They should be shut down.

We ordered shoes. Several months later they arrived. They were not the shoes we ordered. After sending emails of the shoes, original order, shipping label etc., we were offered a $3 refund and told to sell them if we didn't want to keep them.

After waiting for 2 weeks to get the sneakers i ordered, i ended up getting a torn nike. I asked for a refund and i was told i'd only get 50% refund, i contacted incinalysisltd co uk and they helped me get my full money back

I ordered shoes from antoniglobal, they were awful, unsized cheap plastic version of shoes advertised. After 3 unsuccessful attempts to obtain refund, I received email from them stating to "give them to a friend or donate them"!

Why I did not read reviews first is unlike me and boy do I regret it! The worst QUALITY, SIZING, SHIPPING, CUSTOMER SERVICE, RETURN POLICY, COMMUNICATION! EVERYTHING About this company is just plain awful. Note to self: I'm in the process of trying to return 3 pairs of shoes that were so damaged from their plastic bag and tight tape wrap job, and after waiting a week to hear back from them (via email) I am being told that I must have the original packaging and shipping label! SERIOUSLY I'm so F-ED ON THIS ONE! DON'T BUY!

I ordered a size 9 mens shoe and finally received a pair in size 7. When I contacted their service department to return for the correct size they offered to give me a 10% refund and to keep the shoes.
They told me I could sell them or give them to someone that would fit a size 7!
Incredible, I laughed at first of how ridiculous this was. However, I realized they didn't have the shoe in my size to begin with. So, they thought I'd accept a smaller one. When you go onto their web site now there are no mens shoes shown at all. BTW, you're dealing directly with a company in China. You're better off dealing with a company located in USA. This company is a hoax and deserves a 0 RATING. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Purchased on May 4.2022. It took a 3+ weeks to arrive because they are coming from China. The pictures they put on website look fabulous what actually arrived were opposite. I bought 3 pairs of different shoes. Each pair had issues. I wrote and I stated in my emails how shoe size were too big on one foot or too wide on the other. Absolutely no quality control. Requested a refund and went back and forth for days and at most they were willing to give me 20% back. It started at 10%. They wrote and said since I already had them there I could wear them. My lesson was learned and NEVER will order from them or anyone from a FaceBook ad unless I have more evidence where the product is coming from and the company itself. Also his company does business under Antoniglobal the emails you write to go to "*******@crogreat.com". Their website lies and states 100% customer satisfaction and refunds. They have zero intentions on giving you any satisfaction or refund. I also looked and they are selling on Amazon so consumers out there... STAY AWAY! I had to put one star rating. It didn't have zero stars for rating.

Do not purchase these shoes as they are cheaply made and the sizes are to small to wear.
Very appealing advertising but are total junk and when you want to return they continue to discount.

The shoes have NO support and dealing with them is a joke. After asking for a refund and sending them paperwork with the 30 day guarantee, they offered a 10% discount. I'm still dealing with them and waiting for the refund. STAY AWAY!

They also go by Lehony shoes. Be aware any site that has no place for reviews, then you know something is up. The quality was awful, cheap plastic. I ordered 9.5, the shoes I measure were close to 11 inches and huge. The shoes have no size inside. I had placed 2 separate orders. They were shipped (3 pairs, one order had one pair, the other order 2). Well they all came in a 11x 14 plastic envelope. The shoes were smashed together and wrapped so tight with packaging tape to fit in the envelope. One strap was broken, and the smell was awful. I was not aware they were made in China, or I would not have ordered them. You will only get a small refund because you have to pay to ship back to China, even though my return label says California. What a ripoff. Do no buy,

I ordered from an online ad offering Clarks Diabetic Walking shoes (along with other pairs not claiming to be Clarks) BUT when I received my order, the "Clarks" shoes were definitely NOT Clarks (besides the wrong color and peppered with glitter). I contacted the company for a refund and return label to send the impostors back (also sent a picture of shoes and the shipping label as they requested). However, they claim their website description is correct and offered an insulting 10% refund. 10% is not enough for the cost of real Clarks. I do have proof of their claim for Clarks when I ordered but now they have removed "Clarks" from their website description. The company is in China (as I learned later) and the seller name is Lehony. Antoniglobal is the parent company.
