I received a notice from them in the package where they mentionned to not complaint with Paypal and credit card. I made a complaint to Paypal and they solved the problem right away!

Don't waste your money. The material used to make the shoe is a very cheap vinyl. Absolutely no arch support which is one reason I purchased, as per the product description.
They send the wrong items and you cannot find an address to return the item--DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM-- there should be NO STARS1
