Is this a scam. I ordered over 2 weeks ago and have nothing. I think I have been had. They are crooks.

My shoes took about 2 months and they were the wrong shoes. 10% refund offered by their customer service.

Ship from China, and if you return them, you pay for shipping to China, so you lose either way. Cheaply made and they smell when you get them.

They will be delivered but probably wrong style or wrong size. You can not get a full refund from them. This is a rip off company.

 You're right! They DID smell (like kerosene) when they arrived! Don't give up when they offer a small partial refund. I got them to 50%, but only after I finally got them to send a return address. Checking with the post office, it would have cost me near $60 to mail the shoes back WHICH originally cost $36.98, only to get the full refund and still be in the hole $60. Getting the 50% refund ($18.49), I'm only out $18.49. There was a lot of back and forth, but I was determined, Lesson learned.
