I placed a order on April 23 for 3 items. It's July 15th and I have still not received my order. I have sent 5 requests for info and simply get the same response " it will take 10 - 30 days to get to you. I can't track the order because apparently it hasn't been sent yet. I believe this is a fraudent site and wouldn't use it. Suzanne
The clothing on the website is cute and looks like a fairly good quality. What you receive (after many months) is pure junk. I ordered about 6 items, one a yellow sleeveless dress. When I received it finally, it was a joke. I held it up to the one on the website and it was a different pattern/color and the quality was so cheap. I thought the clothes were made in CA and Annie Cloth rep said because of the quarantine the orders were sent to China. When I said I wanted to return items they sent me countless automated emails over and over again. Finally I was told that to send it back I had to pay for the full return and at customs may be charged more. They then offered 10% refund and when I refused they offered 25%. Obviously that it their protocol. So they credited my card for 25% and I have the awful cheap worthless clothing. If one person can learn by my mistake, I will be happy. Sadly probably many Americans are wowed by the website, only to be disappointed when the inferior items arrive. I wish I had looked at reviews before I began this escapade!

I ordered this shirt as well as three others on May 28th and am still awaiting receipt of the shirts! It is now July 13th and I'm still waiting. When I contact the company I get an automated reply. I've written 5 times and have yet to hear from a live person and get a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY -- THEY ARE TERRIBLE!
I ordered jeans in two sizes so I could try them on and see which ones fit me. My order arrived well packaged and the jeans were of good quality. Fortunately, they stuck with me (I have a hard figure to adjust). If necessary, the return process says it is easy, because it is an online purchase I appreciate the return policy.

It's a scam... ordered over 2 months ago. Nothing ever came plus cannot be tracked. Company cannot be contacted by phone. Very long response over e mail... just enough to make you hope. But it's a scam.

When you get older (and bigger!), The thrill of shopping is much less if you strive for size and then style every time you shop. The follow-up, the returns without doubts, the replacement and the advice to the client are incredible. I always tell my "close" friends, as I always get comments, especially at work, about what I'm wearing. Congratulations to everyone involved in this company, do not change!

My dresses were of great quality, beautifully packaged with a handwritten welcome note from the staff member who packed them. Impressive customer service. I received my order a few days later in my forties! Surprising!
