DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE MAILED FROM THEM. I HAVE A FRIEND THAT NEVER DID RECEIVE HER BOOK.
Products used:
Ordered a product on a Monday, Credit Card Charged on the same day and they were paid the next day, My physical order is still sitting in the warehouse and here it is Friday late and nothing. You can not tell me that they only see the mail carriers onces a week. I wish I would have never purchased from them. I will never purchase again. I have received mail from overseas faster.
I purchased 2 embroidery designs from anita goodesign on line for $69.90. They sent me an e-mail telling me I could down load them when ready. Of course I had to have a pass word to have access to my purchase. I signed in and added my password as required. My password didn't work. So I decided to change it as they said my password was to weak. I tried several including "ONEdizzybubble123" they kept saying it was to weak. After several failing attempts, I contacted them. Nothing. So I contacted them again as told them I just want my money back since no one would help me. Still nothing. No designs, no money and no e-mails. This has been weeks ago and no respond...
