I purchased 2 embroidery designs from anita goodesign on line for $69.90. They sent me an e-mail telling me I could down load them when ready. Of course I had to have a pass word to have access to my purchase. I signed in and added my password as required. My password didn't work. So I decided to change it as they said my password was to weak. I tried several including "ONEdizzybubble123" they kept saying it was to weak. After several failing attempts, I contacted them. Nothing. So I contacted them again as told them I just want my money back since no one would help me. Still nothing. No designs, no money and no e-mails. This has been weeks ago and no respond......
I purchased 2 used cameras through propertyroom.com. for a total of $46.95. Neither one worked. Neither one had charger. One had screws missing as if some one tried to fix it to sell, and lost the screws. The other one should of been in the garbage instead of selling it. I contacted them right away and THEY NEVER WROTE ME BACK. I still have the junk cameras.

Kohls is famous for taking things back anything anytime for refund or exchange.......Yea right!!!! For my anniversary, my husband and I went to kohls. While I was trying on an outfit, he looked at the jewelry. He was so excited that he found me something he wanted to buy for me. He showed me a diamond necklace, earrings and a tennis bracelet. Wow, I was so excited that I didn't know how to act. After taxes, no coupon or promotions, the total bill was over $3,500. Ok yes I have a breakdown the necklace was $1,375,a pair of earrings for $375.00 and another pair of earrings was on sale for $80.00, the diamond tennis bracelet was $750.00 all plus tax of 5%. I don't have the receipt, hubby threw it away. The 3rd time I wore the necklace, it broke. It was a very fine chain hooked on each side of a piece with diamonds in it. I have the box with original price tag. The bracelet kept getting snagged on my cloths and ruined a $200.00 dress. After inspecting the bracelet, it has a very bad default on one side, that you could only see with a magnifier glass, have picture. The $80.00 pair of 14 kt gold with crystallized inserts earrings, I kid you not, just crumbles in my purse, have pictures. Not to long after that, I got real sick and had to be put on oxygen full time. It was very hard for me. Anyway, I took the broken jewelry back to kohls. First I went to the service desk, they called manager, he refers me to jewelry counter.
Dragging my oxygen, I proceeded to the jewelry counter. The girl was new and her manager was off that day. So the best she could do was offer me a diamond tennis bracelet the cost $125.00 and nothing else. She said I would have to come back when her manager was there. That understandable, I totally agree that I would rather deal with the manager.
To make a long story short, I went back several times, also went to other kohls stores. I call kohls corp. They told me they don't do the exchange or refund, that I would HAVE to go to kohls store, and to try more than one. I went back to 2 different stores and got rejected again and again. Drug my oxygen and stood in line,( for what seemed like forever). Called corp. again and yes again.......End of story, I'm stuck with it and am out all that money. FROM KOHLS EVERYONE, REMEMBER THEIR POLICY, THEY TAKE THINGS ANYTIME AND EXCHANGE OR MONEY BACK...............I finally gave up, couldn't drag the oxygen around anymore, and couldn't deal with corp. any longer as my illness has severely progressed.

remember*she charged me $9.00 to ship me 10 buttons.........She doesn't have to have that name, I'll never forget her............ Also weiwuitsme90 charges $25.00 for delivery of 30 buttons.
I have more of a comment. people over rate what they are selling. Also, they show a pictur of more than one item but only selling a portion. Example, I saw a doll for my granddaughter and bided on it and won bid...... but only the dress was for sale. Very deceiving, and I don that 2 times with the doll before I caught it. And of course, the seller would not let me cancel.
And the msrp is way out of line and deceiving to buyers. I;ve only been shopping at tophatter for about a week and only spent around $200.00. But i think im done.
