I've been playing Animal Jam since 2011 and enjoyed it since. Always updated with fresh content, beautifully designed, and the community team at AJHQ work very closely with us and are always connecting with the community. Keep up the great work AJ if you're reading this.

I have two daughters who play this game. A older and younger one. My younger one decided to do something against the rule therefore they got banned (which I totally agree with) but my older one ALSO got banned. Her user was melwolf. I emailed animal jam asking why and all they told me was that she was connected to my younger ones (they shared the same parent email. But then I explained to them how they are teo completely different person and they told me that melwolf wasnt in the email I provided them. But SHE WAS. They told me they can't do anything about it. Well, I certainly am not done fighting for this untill they lift her ban feom her account cause she does NOT deserve this. It is cruel.

I loved this game for so long. I would dress my animals the second i got home from school. I had membership so i can have more fun. But then one day, i got scammed. Not only that, but ajhq were releasing rares in stores that messed me up and i almost wanted to quit because of the scammers. But this game is pretty awesome and i love it with all my heart. This game will be the best experience for you ever. However, there is a warning. Me and my best bud LOVED the game. We claimed that we'll never stop playing it. But now, i'm starting to grow out of animal jam. Not because of ajhq or bullies or rares or anything like that. But animal jam is a child's game and we can't be children forever. Lately my love has gone to the amazing book series harry potter by J. K. Rowling. I have not completely stooped yet, but the end of animal jam is coming to me pretty soon... I know. It's bitter-sweet... :( and :) It's sad that we can grow out of things, but that leaves more room in our hearts.

My friend got suspended for nothing so scammers stop scamming and be gone forever please give animal jam 1 rate tick so we can shut down this rubish game forever so stop playing animal jam instead play among us or play something eles

I do not recommend this game for any kid. A lot of the players are extremely inappropriate. The whole point of the game (to most players) is doing the same adventure over and over again and then trading items. This isn't an inappropriate game for an older kid, but this just teaches younger children materialistic behavior. I've seen a lot of kids play this game and want to scam others. Not all but a lot of kids will get ideas liking scamming from this game. Also, if you are wanting a free or chrap game for your kid, this is not it. 90% of all the features in the game are behind a paywall. Another problem is how utterly useless the people running the game are. They do not care about the players. Yes, a lot of organizations don't care about their players, but do you want some people making a game for your kids and not giving a care about your kids' experiences? So many horrible people won't get banned, but your kid might get suspended for doing a harmless mistake. Plus, this company has had multiple security breaches, and if your kid gets their account targeted and all the items they've worked for and you've problem spend money on are gone, too bad! The company will do nothing and just tell you to change your password, and all you have is a crying child that just lost all their hard work. Overall, this is not a game I would recommend for anyone. There a plenty of better games that have companies that actually care about the games, and you won't risk your kid losing all their hard work.

Animal Jam is... Well...
OUTSTANDING! It is highly addictive, and more suitable for older kids unlike Webkinz or Club Penguin, with a very dark, African tribalish theme.
The minigames? Awesome. The parties? Also awesome. The animals? Really awesome. The whole game? Well, with 10 Million players, more than Webkinz and Club Penguin combined, I'd say they're doing something right.
They'res only a few problems, though...
1st. Scammers. But what did you expect? No game is paradise.
2nd. Members rule all. Not as bad as Club Penguin though.
3rd. Some people only go on AJ to take other people and record what is called "Animal Jam Hardcore Mating". Seriously, look it up.
But all and all, AJ is a pretty awesome (And educational, BTW, Parents) game, and I highly recommend it.

My nine-year-old stumbled upon this game and easily became obsessed. The game itself is cute but the customer service aspect is absolutely horrible. We received an email stating that our account has been compromised due to a data breach. It compromised my email, password and credit card information. On a personal aspect it cost a lot of headache as the hacker easily gained access into my email account along with my social media accounts.

The next issue comes from when the hacker gained access to my daughters animal jam account. They were able to get in and trade her valuable or rare items and once I contacted Animal Jam they gave me the "sorry" email. After asking them to help me get the account secured and locked down again I continue to be ignored for three days on the third day my daughter went to login and found that her account had been permanently deleted either by Animal Jam themselves or the hacker. All of her hard earned allowance in our monthly membership fees gone in an instant with no care or regard from Animal Jam. In fact even after messaging them and opening multiple tickets, messaging them on Instagram, Facebook, and even making comments they have continue to ignore her request and do not care about The lost money that my daughter has incurred. As you can imagine as a parrot a nine-year-old who's worked up a years worth of work in a game and allowance was devastated to know that everything was gone in a second.

This would be a really good game if it were more like animal jam play wild... like non-members literally get almost nothing THEY GET TWO FREAKING ANIMAL SLOTS! I think you should give them at least like, five? Because its really annoying to have to recycle your animals when you want a new one. And non-members only get THREE dens- no TWO (they only get three in the spring) and one of them is an underwater den! People hardly even go underwater its basically like they have one den! And they get barely any good items! Ok im done with that on to other matters. It might just be my computer but every time i try to log in it says that "we cannot find a username that matches this password" or smthing like that, so i have to KEEP MAKING NEW ACCOUNTS! Its so annoying! I hope you can try and do something about this.

I think AJ is great in its ways. I have been playing since 2015. But, the game is becoming a disaster. I don't play as much anymore.

I will tell you pros first.

I am a kid so yeah lets just get past that.

I love the fact that you have a variety of animals to choose from and non members aren't always left out. You also can do amazing parties, and go to adventure camps. You can collect facts about animals and its very educational!
You can even do pixel art. Thats nice. They even have bubble chat for users who are suspended! That will teach them a lesson... You think.

But then we get to the good ol' cons.

They say that the website is absolutely moderated and secured, but I believe thats not true at all. I have seen a wolf, a nude colored wolf saying "is there a guy who wants to put a duck in my as" and you say your chat is safe. I used to think that it was safe... Now, also people scam way too much and AJ does nothing but suspend you for a day! Oh yeah and TERRIBLE customer service. My membership was 60 bucks! They are thirsty for money. The rare items they put out just makes jammers jealous. At least have it in the diamond shop 3 days a week! I got suspended for talking about youtube and saying eggs as they are. Seriously! Stupid...

I used to love and cherish this game and now its TRASH. I think you should fix this!

To many member items! In Aj Play wild you can't buy member items, you get them as gifts so you don't see the items in the shop so non-members don't feel bad. But in Aj classic, ITS THE COMPLETE OPPISITE! I know I spelled that word wrong. -__- Anyways, don't buy Aj classic. Also the lag is crazy! I can't even play some of the mini games! Also almost every animal is MEMBER! Yeah! You heard me right! Plus non-members can only have 2 animals! Also the only pet you can get is a hamster! There are dogs, cats, snakes, rinos, meerkats, butterflies, and more! And those are ALL MEMBERS! Like, they make non-members feel like their nothing. Also it takes forever to load! It just makes me sad that all those non-members ( including me because i'm a non-member) barley get anything. I recommend that... YOU NEVER BUY/ PLAY THIS GAME! Thank you for reading.
