I purchased several pieces from Angara and I keep coming back for beautiful color stones. My latest purchase are these yellow sapphire earrings. I got them to complement my ring which I love. The stones are of high quality and I can personalize the size to fit the budget. Every piece comes in a luxurious box with a light, which further enhances the experience. My son and daughter-in-law bought garnet earrings for me for my 70th birthday. They are my birthstone and beautiful. Sadly, I lost one of them so I contacted Angara to see if I could replace it. I recently purchased white gold earrings as a gift for my wife's birthday. When I received a copy of the invoice I noticed I had inadvertently left out a part of the shipping address. I bought two different style rings. Not too fussy with diamonds. Wearable for every day casual smart cloths and fine for special occasions. The gems themselves with just little diamond accent looked really tasteful and suited my hands admirably.
What an awful experience I've had with this Company.
I bought my wife a ring from her the blue topaz, her quality of jewellery is very high and I wanted something exceptional.
I ordered it early as it was for her birthday late August.
It arrived and looked fine, first time she wore it was great, then the second it looked duller, by the fifth time it was dull and cloudy and looked like a cheap ring from Argos! I reached out to customer service and they said I was slightly outside the return date, all they done was start explaining how to clean it which we had sone before the photo below!
The issue is there is a gap behind the stone and the setting which is causing the cloudy appearance.
I reached out to them again and got a lecture about the agents degree and how knowledgeable she was on stones. However it's come to light there's a fault with this setting and even steam comes behind it maybe she was off that day at University
If I sent it back for them to clean it them after the second time wearing it will cloud over again.
If you buy from this company ensure you check it carefully as they will do anything not to refund you and the best they can do is clean the ring!

I understand and appreciate your concern about your ring. The ring was an important purchase. Thank you for sending a photo. Your ring is not defective or damaged. All jewelry requires cleaning and maintenance. A more transparent, clear gem like Aquamarine should be cleaned at home after every couple wears it. To say that you never have to clean jewelry from skin cells, lotions, and dust is like saying you are never going to wash your car or take a shower. This is all part of normal maintenance. To clean the ring, we recommend that you use a non-oily soap. A lot of soap that all of us women love has moisturizers in it, which will leave a film on your gemstones. We recommend using a liquid dishwashing soap that is perfect for cutting grease or body oils. Let it soak for around 15 minutes in warm water. Take it out and gently brush it with a child's tooth brush. The children's brushes have special bristles that are soft and small enough to get into all the jewelry spaces. After you use the gentle brush, you should rinse the ring in warm water and let it dry. We are glad to professionally clean it for you. Feel free to mail the ring back to us, and we are glad to clean it free of charge, and we will pay to mail it back to you. Please confirm your Angara order number. If you want us to clean the ring, we need to confirm your return shipping address so that we can make sure it reaches you.
I had a very good experience with Angara. The website is user-friendly and pretty easy to browse and find different options. We received our order in a timely manner and were impressed by the high quality packaging (the boxes have little LED lights when opened, that's a cool surprise).
The jewelry was beautiful and of high quality, but my wife did not like the particular colors and designs I chose. I sent them all back and received a full refund, again in a timely manner. Now we can browse the website and choose something else that my wife would like.
The only thing I did not like is that they added earrings and a pendant with red stones. I knew that my wife would not like them, and did not feel like buying a chain for the pendant. I would rather not receive random useless items, it would be better to lower the price a bit.

Have to date made two (2) purchases which are of excellent quality and workmanship. If you want to make a change to an item expect to pay a price increase however there is "no price gauging". You will be proved a price point at the time of purchase and you can accept it or not. Sales Manager (Stein) is very willing to work with a Customer to assure complete Customer Satisfaction even if you want to create a brand new item to your specifications. Finally a place for the picky jewelry person which is geared to accommodating the Customer. E-mails are replied and never ignored as with other purchase sites recently encountered and you the Customer are treated professionally and with respect-what a "GREAT" concept!!!!!!!

I found the ring of my dreams here. It was sized wrong when i got it so they resized for free. They actually remade the ring and it is perfect! Their customer service was caring, and I love the ring. If anything it could be improved it's probably tracking and receiving returns. I will buy from here again!
