I purchased a body kit for my son's car. They took over 4 months to actually get it to us and then the parts were damaged. They will not compensate or replace the parts even though I have sent them proof of the damage. Now I have to pay the shop who is installing a BRAND NEW body kit to repair the BRAND NEW parts.
Avoid these people. Customer service and support is pathetic. Don't waste you money here, there are lot's of other vendors that want and deserve your business.
Scums and thieves! Ordered a set of rotors for my car and 3weeks down the road I get a call saying they don't carry them anymore! I called my credit card company stating that I wasn't getting my money back from andys, and my cc gave me my credit back. Andys was forced to send me my check!
Everything came as ordered and in great condition. I am very happy with the cold air intake I ordered for my 2013 genesis. I would recommend this site to any one!

I ordered a Hood for My Camaro From Andy's Auto Sport. I had it delivered to a reputable paint and body shop for prep and installation. The body shop said that the hood was a piece of crap and that it would not fit my car. Casting was terrible. It had cracks amd deformities that made it look horrible. I contacted Andys Auto Sport Customer Service with pictures that the body shop had taken along with the comments fron the body shop manager. Tey said that i could send it back, at my own expence, and I would have to pay a 10% re-stocking fee. Avoid buying anything from this place. Falsely advertise quality products and outstanding customer service and you will receive neither. Don't find youself in the same shape that I find myself in... they're crooks!
Has been 2 weeks since I bought from them, item hasn't been shipped, worse communication EVER, do not ever shop with Andys, you do not get anything out of them. If there was negative stars I would give negative stars.

I ordered a harness bar was told in stock but that was not the case I wouldn't due any business with Andy auto sports still waiting for my e mail confirming my consolation and no sign of it yet! Wth!
Place a order on a wing, haven't received anything telling me my order has gone through and money is still in my account? Is it because of this virus, surely they can still get back to you?
Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time with this horrible company. I actually gave them a chance, despite reading reviews, and that was a huge mistake! I ordered a bodykit and fenders from them and I was informed that it'll be arriving within 3-4 days because I have a California address. 4 days later I called them to follow up to find out about the status of my order. Of course as expected, nothing has happened; it was still in their warehouse not delivered and the fenders would be shipping out 2-3 weeks later. The customer rep asked me if the sales rep talked to the company to ensure that the kit/fenders were on stock and available. So now I'm supposed to make sure that they do their job correctly? These guys will tell you want you want to hear but when it comes to actually doing the right thing and their job, they are horrible. No apologies given whatsoever, so I cancelled that order. Now let's see if that even goes through. Please, if you are reading this, do NOT waste your precious time and money to invest in a company who does not give a crap about you. I'm a patient individual and will give people chances; I gave them a chance, so now from experience, I'm telling everyone DO NOT do anything with this company! Yes they're cheap; but you get what you pay for...
I thought it could be mounted the two-sided tape, but there was none included with the part. It also did not include Fasteners, had to use my own screws to mount it.
Andys called me to make sure the order I had placed would work with my car, and they were by far the best price. Also local to me was a plus!
This site is a total scam! We ordered a light 3 weeks ago and it has been sent to every state including right up the road from our address but hasn't made it here. Can never get anyone to answer on the phone line except the " place an order line" who transfer you so quickly you don't have time to protest. Then you are placed on hold for "the next available representative" that you never get, well at least after 30 mins on hold we gave up. Unfortunately we didn't read the reviews first but now we now it is futile to attempt to get our $ back from these scam artists so we are contacting our CC company and taking that route to rectify the problem. So to add the the plethora of bad reviews here is our bad review. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! It should be shut down and as far as my boyfriend is concerned are lucky they are located across the country because he would like to cause bodily damage to the sales rep and/or manager. You should see the tracking of our package, it's been to Canada, I've never been to as many places as this package has traveled! The few occasions we have spoken to someone they couldn't find out order # so kept giving us a new one so we believe the package we have been tracking has been a different one each time. These people are owed some serious bad karma and I do not blame the people who want to peruse a class action law suit against them. Again stay away from Andy's crook auto sport parts!
Good 1st experience. Order came packaged great and as described. No issues! 1st of many orders. Fit well and product was in great shape with 0 damages.
Always, ALWAYS, REMEMBER TO CHECK THE COMPANY REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING FROM A COMPANY! I ordered a simple rear view mirror for a mustang on October 9th and just received an email from them stating that they contacted the supplier and it will be shipped early in December. What takes over two months to get a rear view mirror? They charged my credit card the full amount the minute I ordered it. I could have driven to California to pick it up quicker! They say they will refund my money but that remains to be seen. Check the many many one star reviews on this company prior to purchase. I suspect it would be a lot less, however one star is the least you can give. How do they stay in business?
This place is absolutely ONE OF THE WORST, non-communicative Sales Depts I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Only Ecklers Corvette is worse.
Parts were ordered. Ship date was set at 9 DAYS AFTER ORDER?!?!?!?!?
Now, 4 days after the original ship date, I still have no ship confirmation or tracking.

Do NOT under ANY circumstances buy body parts from Andy's. I purchased a front bumper, rear bumper, side skirts, and front fenders back in March. I just now got them installed on my car because life kept happening and I kept having to put it off. I had to pay my mechanic $1,100 just to install the body parts because of how much modification needed to be done to all the parts! Nowhere in the description of the parts does it say that parts will require modification for installation. I got screwed in more than one way because the return policy is 30 days, and I couldn't get it done until 8 months later, and I had to pay almost double what I paid for the parts themselves just to have them put on my car! Don't believe me? Call Little Archie's Automotive in Aurora, CO and ask them about the black 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse they had to do a body kit on and what exactly had to be done to it... I am not happy, and neither is my mechanic. The parts were absolute garbage and Extreme Dimensions promises 'high quality' parts... I call BS!
Bought a hood from website and after told me they don't carry that hood anymore. So had to spend more money for different hood Was not to happy about that.

Answer: We're working to get better all the time. We still have a portion of our staff that works in an overseas call center, but they certainly speak English. We're always trying to stay light and positive with customers, even when the things go wrong. It's tough because for many car enthusiasts, their car is their baby, and things can get heated if anything goes wrong with an order (like a delay, etc). We do the best we can to stay calm even when customer emotions are running high and just keep the lines of communication open and go one step at a time if anything goes wrong. The huge majority of orders ship out right away with no issues before or after shipment, but sometimes things don't go perfectly and we work hard to get those situations resolved. Hope that helps!
Answer: It depends on the exact Carbon Creations products you're referring to. If you're referring to a hood for example, yeah that typically is a very easy installation, especially if your car has never been in a wreck. It's just unbolting the old hood and bolting in the new one. For body kit panels, those can be a much tougher install. Answer: Richard, we called Gude a couple times today and didn't get an answer. Gude is a small niche manufacturer, and most of the time they're back in the shop doing the actual manufacturing. So it sometimes can be hard to get customer support on that line. That said, I did find out this: that package increases stock horsepower (155HP) to above 190HP. And it increase the torque by about 7% based on dyno tests. I know that doesn't answer your question about how the gains are distributed through the RPM band though. If I get any other updates, I'll let you know.
