Proactively asks for customer feedback
Initially we had a problem with our reservation. When we booked, the site said that we could cancel anytime before February. Chatting with their support was like talking to a brick wall. Only once I got on the phone with someone did they take care of me the way I expected. I only gave them four stars because of the hassle in getting things figured out. But talking to the right person at Amoma got things resolved very quickly, with a great outcome.
I made a reservation through amoma for the grand pasha hotel in Kyrenia. However, after paying the money, I noticed that amoma received more than 170 TL from me. No matter how much I corresponded, they didn't care. Never shop from this site. They don't care about any customers after they get the Money. VERY BAD Rezervation number: 57479465
This is a very pleasant hotel. Only five minutes drive away from all the tourist sites in Sintra, placed in a quiet area (though not very easy to find)!
With very nice indoor and outdoor pools, very clean and good size bedrooms. Breakfast with a lovely selection and the staff were very pleasant.
The downside that I have experienced was unfortunately the bed! It was rather hard and I found myself tossing and turning throughout the nights.
(I stayed 5 nights).
I would like to stay in this hotel again and hope that maybe I will have a more comfortable bed!
A good tourist class hotel well located in the city centre. Room was a reasonable size and was generally quiet apart other guests doors closing. This room had a balcony which was great but most don't. Breakfast was the only disappointment lacking fresh fruit. Also the hot food was stone cold but there was a decent selection of cold meats and cheeses. Room was clean and staff were helpful when needed.
Hotel believed we were staying for one night whereas we had booked two. Fortunately I had a copy of our booking form which they checked and admitted an error, we stayed for two nights.
I was set on booking a particular hotel and this website gave me the cheapest price on it so I was pleased. However, they proceeded to send me 7-8 promotional e-mails daily. Very annoying. But besides that, I would recommend booking from here.
The prices I see on the AMOMA site always seem to be a bit higher than the initial price that I see. Not sure why yet. Regardless, the price was still good so I booked there.
It was adequate for my needs, the price was very good, perfect location for my business purposes, the breakfast in the Services was a bit expensive would not do that again would find somewhere less expensive

Resort was very nice, everyone at the desk was friendly and pleasant. Main pool was fun with pool bar and poolside activities for the kids. Grounds were kept up and clean. The mini suite was a little smaller than the photos looked but it worked out ok for us. Also could hear the next unit's TV or kitchen noise... but we were not in our unit much. Nice resort for the money.
It was a good stay overall. Didn't like the overnight parking price. Was too much for 1 nights stay.
Beautiful place! Good for families. I can tell that rooms were old but they kept the cleanliness of the place
Everything was OK in the hotel. The wellness is nice but not too huge so, more than 20 people at the same time is a crowd.
Great location in Brooklyn for shopping, getting to city. Easy Uber pick up. Room was nice, but needs some TLC, dirty carpet. Elevators were slow for the amount of floors and guests. I would stay there again.

Room was small, clean but the view was horrendous. Looked on the back of the hotel and the view was a brick wall, ducting and pigeon droppings!

Room was small but had everything. Small round window high up so no views at all. Fine for winter or just a stay where you are out all day. In summer that room cijjf feel claustrophobic. Breakfast was fine. Bar was fine for a drink before gin g out.
Tried to book a hotel, but my card didn't go through at midnight. Got an email to inform me about this in the morning. I then called the customer service help line and had an excellent service. I was worried about nor getting the same hotel rate. But this had not change. Thanks
Great value stay, lovely room, on suite & a really comfortable bed. Only one little thing, although very busy at breakfast it was noticeable how long it took for bacon etc to be replenished. Lucky for us that morning we were not in a rush to leave the hotel.
Hotel was basic but did the job, I got a call from AMOMA during the booking and saved even more money..

I just got back from Las Vegas and I booked a room with Amoma for the first time. I booked a hotel in Vegas called the Lucky Dragon Hotel and "Casino." However when we went to check in, there was no casino, no hotel amenities, no restaurants on site. Our lyft driver said their casino went bankrupt in a January (I booked through Amoma around June). So my husband and I were in Vegas for an anniversary and we were in a hotel that wouldn't give us the Vegas experience. If we would've stayed there, we would have to take a taxi or uber everytime we wanted a bite to eat, gamble, or pretty much do anything. On top of that the hotel wanted to charge a "resort fee" of $33+/night! For what?!
So I tried I chat with an Amoma representative when I checked into this terrible hotel. The hotel manager said that they will OK a refund, but we had to call Amoma to tell them to call the hotel because we pre-paid. I used the chat app on the Amoma website because they didn't have a 800 number I could call from America. I told the Amoma representative that when I booked the room, no where under the description of the hotel said the casino was closed and so were their restaurants. Additionally it was sooo misleading to call the hotel Lucky Dragon Hotel AND "CASINO" when there was no casino! The rep claimed when I finalized payment for the room I signed something that said there casino was closed but when I looked back on my records there was NOTHING that said that. I asked the rep for proof of what I signed or an example of where it said that and they couldn't provide it for me. I went back on their site to see the hotel description of this hotel, and I couldn't even locate it on their site to verify. So we had to eat the cost of this terrible room. We checked right out of this hotel and booked elsewhere. This would never happen with Expedia or Travelocity. I will NEVER book with Amoma again. TERRIBLE customer service and AWFUL misrepresentation of hotel.

Talked to Amoma's agent Cody Turner today and he offered a 50% refund on the difference which I accepted. Please read all the fine print and conditions of your reservation. Hat's off to a company that has steadfast rules; but will bend a little to try to satisfy a customer!

Booked a no frill business trip in December 2018 (5 months) ago with AMOMA. Who've I used many times before. I was able to save 20% by pre-paying my room when I made the reservation. The agreement was book today... save 20% and no-cancellation. Today I was confirming my stay with the hotel and find that if I had booked the same room on Trip Advisor, Agoda or Booking.com, It was $30.00 cheaper per day x2 or $60.00. I normally wouldn't. T mind a $5.00 difference but a $60.00 difference was substantial. So I just got off the phone with their customer service adviser who said whenever you book with us, thats the best price. We dont price match and refused to let me talk to a supervisor, or offer me the credit difference. My stay isn't until May 26-May 28th but will never use AMOMA again for my business or family.

The experience in general was good. Comfortable rooms and good food but it was sad for me to know that you could not share the food of one dish with another family, because they would charge it as an additional dish. So the hotel prefers that the food be thrown away, that some other family consume what was left on the plate.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and full kitchen. Wish I had known that the resort fee did not cover chairs on the beach. Will know to bring our own chairs if we go again as beach chairs were $35.00 a day.
Lots to commend but dissapointing in places particularly the bar experience. Lack of training and basic knowledge backed by 7 out of 10 gins being stocked not in stock making cocktail menu pretty useless. Given the prices not acceptable nor other parts of service. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Room lovely view well appointed but noisy. French Windows did not seem to fit as draughty as well. But room overall warm and cosy and what was expected.
The beach was very clean the staff were very nice however plz dont go on holiday season if u would like to enjoy the beach and pool
