Warning about Amevista – My Personal Experience: I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Amevista and returned them within the allowed return period – carefully packed, in the original case, without any damage. After receiving the return, the company suddenly claimed that the case was empty and damaged. They refused to refund me and stated that there is video footage of the package being opened – but they say they can't share it due to privacy reasons. Later, they sent me photos showing the package in perfect condition – exactly how I had sent it. To me, it's clear: the sunglasses were removed after the package was opened. This behavior feels dishonest and fraudulent. I strongly warn others: shopping at Amevista is risky. If you return something, you might lose both your product and your money.

I ordered a special pair of glasses which Amevista stated are non-refundable. However, in the order form, I clearly specified that the size listed on the website was too small for me and requested a larger size. They simply did not care about that and rushed to send the glasses, knowing they would not offer a refund. This is in bad faith and could be considered fraud, as Amevista knew I could not wear the specified size and needed a larger one, but continued to receive my payment and sent the glasses, thereafter stating they were non-refundable despite knowing they would not fit me. I was paying almost 400 euros for rubbish. They could use them for another client if they only have one size, but still expect me to discard them. I believe this is a fraudulent way to operate a sale
