I ordered prescription glasses and clearly requested a specific adjustment to the prescription. Unfortunately, the glasses arrived with incorrect specifications and are completely unusable for me. What's even more frustrating is that I've been trying to contact the company for several weeks now, and I still haven't received any meaningful response or assistance. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, no one has helped me resolve the issue. I've essentially paid for a product I can't use and have been left without functioning glasses all this time. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience—not only because of the faulty product, but also because of the complete lack of customer support. I expected better and just want a fair resolution.
