Quick and easy

Just as easy like Amazon. I was able to find a similar truck by the reviews whether or not if I would like it on my personal truck. Lots of options and for a fair price when it comes down to a few selections of upgrades.

2011 ram led resistors

Upon finishing my order I chose 1 day shipping and it's now been 3 days and still haven't received my order. My order total was around $95 with the shipping option I had picked. I wasted my money all because American trucks can't get their $#*! together.

American Trucks attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Although the American made workmanship and quality are evident, the picture of the product and what is thought too actually be offered is deceptive. The advertised product T******* pictures two Auto-Retracting bed straps and all the accompanying hardware for $104.05 plus taxes and shipping. When the package arrived, I was disappointing to realize that what I evidently paid for was one (1) Retracting bed strap and four (4) mounting screws without washers. Not the two units displayed with all the accompanying hardware. I will keep the unit received and if it functions as described, I will probably order another, as it is only practical to use two at the same time. This was a gift for my wife's birthday because she continues to have trouble using conventional retracting straps and this would be ideal for her truck. As for the Retracting bed strap(s) it appears to be of American durability and quality and once mounted we will then determine how well it functions over time.

Damage box and pruduct

I bought steps for my truck and whenever I received the Box the steps and the Box were damaged a slash scratched up in one of the threats was loose and I was not able to screw it properly into the steps.

I am not very happy right now because I ordered a truck bed cover and it was supposed to be delivered Friday and here it is Sunday and I still haven't received it and for the last two days it says it is in Illinois.

Where's my refund

I apologize that your order got cancelled and understand how frustrating this can be. I see it was cancelled on 3/11/2025 and your refund was issued at that time as well. Some banks take 3-5 business days to release the funds back to you but you could see it sooner. Unfortunately this was shipping from the manufacture and they are the ones that cancelled it due to the CARB restrictions. That is the reason for the delay notice in cancelling. False ordering information.

Your website said product will fit. It does NOT fit. In the instructions it claims there are 4 bolts that need to be removed. My truck does not have those 4 bolts which are required to mount the bracket for the fender flares.

Not pleased

I ordered a tire rim kit with the sensors to be installed. Received the tires and rims. Could not get the sensors to sync. Brought to a tire shop, they could not get the sensors to sync. Made an appt to go back to tire shop, they took off the tires and looked inside. No sensors. American trucks did not put them in the tires. 100% their fault but they would not refund me for the full amount it took for the tire shop to fix the problem, nevermind the amount time wasted out my day/week trying to get this fixed. They basically said i should have had them ( American trucks) send me the replacement sensors. Which means i would have had to take to the shop, have them dismount the rims, confirm no sensors ( which they did) tell them to put the tires back on because i need to wait for American trucks to send me the sensors. Then once the sensors come in go back to the tire shop, have them take the rims and tires off again and put in the American truck sensors. Being charged for labor both times. Absolutly absurd - for something they messed up. They also claimed ( over the phone of course) they would add $100 to to refund for my troubles ( which did not happen) I would not recommend because if they mess up too bad for you

I see you have spoken to a supervisor and he is the one who issued you a refund for the Mount & Balance of up to $35 per tire which is our policy. He also did issue you a $100 back to your original method of payment (Affirm). You should of received an email confirming both of these refunds. Always late on shipping

Getting to be more and more bad experiences with this company. From packages constantly being late to missing parts. This time the package was late and the box was completely beat up and ripped open. It's a full exhaust system so let's see if anything fell out of these rips

"Regarding your recent order"

What a joke. Took 3 days to process my order before I got an email stating I could track my shipment. In the meantime I got about 5 spam emails from American Trucks with the headline subject stating "regarding your recent order". They were all spam BS emails trying to get you to purchase more items. Will not order from this place again.
