Not very happy that I ordered an air filter replacement and instead you sent a steering stabilizer. Now I have to wait another 4-7 days most likely to receive the actual product I ordered. I think you should immediately send out the correct part with overnight shipping at some sort of discount for the inconvenience.
I bought 2 sets of hub spacers for my F250 in February. Couple of days later I get a "BACKORDERED" notice. Almost 3 weeks later and it still says delivery will be in DECEMBER of 2025. That's bush. Cancelled the order and will find it elsewhere. The customer service chat lady (Dian C) was the only helpful person I could find within this organization.

I placed my order and as soon as i submitted my payment the order was canceled by AT, i tried. Contacting service department, however, they were no help. So ordered through Sumit Racing instead
I ordered 4 wheel spacers and only received 2. Called and talked to a representative about sending remaining 2. I have to go thru the hassle of taking pictures and waiting to get a return label. Then I have to mail package back in and wait for hopefully the full set of 4 to return.
I had a nice person help me with my order. He was very nice and knowledgable about the part I ordered. I received a tracking number Monday the 10 th that my package would be here Friday the 14 th. Per the tracking info this part stayed in Kansas for 3.5 days. All of a sudden now the earliest the part will get here on Monday the 17th. Probably my fault because I'm used to Amazon being early vs late. Hopefully the part works when it gets here

Ordered a set of wheels shipping was fast. Order arrived upon inspection one was damaged looked like from the factory since the packaging was intact. Went to the provided link super easy. Returned the wheel to Fed Ex and had a replacement wheel in two days. Great service thanks American Trucks

Customer service has been dicey for me. I ordered an item that was to be returned and the rep had set it to a replacement making my refund take longer than needed. Also ordered an open box item that was not complete even though the description said it only had cosmetic damage. When trying to return the item I was told to damage the item or I would not be issued a refund. The item is a steel plate to cover my cat converter and I do not possess the tools to damage such an item. I spoke with the rep and was told I can send the item back but the shipping would fall on me. I opted to eat the cost of the item for some store credit but I just took a $50 loss for a bad description on American trucks behalf. I was told by a previous rep that as long as I return the item within the first 30 days of ordering I'd receive a full refund in store credit being that it was an open box item. Looking forward to using all my store credit because I seriously doubt I will be ordering from here again going forward.

I started a chat with two different agents to ask if a particular product was in stock ready to ship and not drop shipped by a third party... They insisted it was ready to go... Soon as I purchased it's telling me I have to wait a month cuz it's not in stock...

This switch fit my truck but it only controls my front windows. The rear switches do nothing. I followed the instructions to install.

They sent me the wrong towing mirrors and then made me deal with all their BS red tape to return for "store credit" and didn't refund the shipping charges, mind you that it was their mistake! I placed an order to use up the credit and will NEVER do business with them again! If this order is wrong it will go in the trash. Makes me wonder how they made it this far by treating their customers this way… goodbye

I am sure the product, once it arrives, will be fine. I don't understand the point of paying a premium for expedited shipping when the organization clearly does not partner with a shipping company that can meet their promises. I took a chance on expedited shipping back in 2019, which was the last time I ordered. I stayed away all this time because of my prior experience. I am a fool for thinking it has been fixed six years later.

Both taillights came chipped on corners. Both taillights fit poorly with gaps from both the truck to the light and light cover to light itself. Do not recommend these lights. China made!
6 days after order and the tracking number shows it is awaiting pick up. Arrival date was supposed toe be tomorrow but it hasn't even been picked up yet

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
