Received my fox ats 2.0 and it was a in a large box. Shipped with paper and the actual fox box was opened inside. Bolts loose rolling around chipping the new shock in the package. No paperwork, stickers instructions, and protective bags loose inside the box

I wouldn't order anything here again, says 2-3 day delivery if spend over 119 and I spent 150 and just checked to see why it hasn't arrived and it says estimated to arrive 8 days from now, meanwhile they have sent me 2 emails a day asking for a review on the website/product. Don't waste your time here go elsewhere if you care about getting your stuff within a couple weeks time.

I purchased and installed wheel well guards on my 2023 F150. They turned out fantastic! As easy as what was shown on the companies website and they look great!
Great selection and fast delivery. The bad thing is you have so many great styles it's hard to choose from which is a very good thing.
Overall light looks like original, installs easy and for the price you can't beat it. The turn signal color does not match the original. Original is yellow this one is red. Also if you have a sensor remove it from the original and install in this light or you will have some errors.
I just don't understand why it's taking so long for the shipping to take place. It says it's gonna come sometime in April but I still not have received shipping information. I ordered it at the beginning of March and it's gonna take a whole month for you to even ship it just kind of interesting.

I ordered the RedRock Under Seat Storage Box (15-25 F-150 SuperCrew) SKU: T******* after returning the other "RedRock Under Seat Storage Box" SKU: T*******, which wasn't even RedRock-branded and didn't fit my 2023 F-150 STX. American Trucks processed the return without any issues, but the new one doesn't fit my model truck properly either. I made it work, but the screws don't fit the holes in the underseat bracket and the dimensions are slightly off. The website says it should fit, but even the instructions indicate it only fits model years up to 2020. The construction of the storage bins feels cheap as well. Since I made it work, I'll give it two stars but I'd recommend passing on this one and getting something else for under seat.

Answer: AT has Install Connect 2 find and schedule a local shop near your location. They let you choose 3 dates and times, and if there are several different truck shops near you, you decide where and when you would like the job to be completed. I found the install price from AT is much cheaper than I could walk off the street and get a price. I know AT will make sure to choose quality shops and get it done right.
