Just had lights installed, headlights look amazing but fog light are defective per mechanic. Frustrating because I need to now return fog lights and pay a second install fee. Love American truck and have purchased a number of items but this is frustrating. Going to call Monday, hopefully American Truck will help me resolve.

I'm not a mechanic by any means. I asked my mechanic friend what I needed to fix my truck. Just a few key words and I found everything I needed easily! We installed everything, wheel bearing rotor and brakes, in less that 3 hours. Pretty much replaced my front end. Prices were excellent and parts fit perfectly.
The website is easy to navigate, signing up for the Military discount is a trying process I was denied repeatedly so it took multiple attempts. I bought two separate items on the same order, when receiving the shipping emails, they became one tracking number so it is hard to tell if both items are coming on the same date or on their separate dates. Although these are small issues, always trust you guys for good deals and fast shipping!
Nathen the sale person I dealt with was excellent in helping me with my order. Some how the order didn't ship due to some security issue. Call center people were horrible with trying to help resolve this issue. I mean absolutely horrible. If it wasn't for Nathen calling the next day to help rectify the issues I would have cancelled my order.

I apologize that you had a bad experience with customer service, I did locate your account and I see your orders where cancelled by our security system. Unfortunately the system we use is called Riskified and it is used with multiple companies and they don't always go into detail as to why the order is denied with them. Most common reasons are the billing address on file does not match your credit card statement, the shipping and billing address are to far away etc. I apologize again that this happened to you. If you believe it is an error please contact your bank and or Riskified to discuss further.

When order was placed it said at checkout it would arrive wed Oct 23 but today when I got the shipping number it now says Tue Oct 29 is the expected day. Package is only 24 lbs and not real large and was sent via Maersk which I have never seen in our city.
