Easy to deal with but way to many follow up emails
New truck required a few new accessories, incurring the bed cover. I live in the middle of nowhere and still got here with amazing timing and all the correct items! I'm impressed. Such a simple task isn't so simple anymore. Great job!
Only took about a week to get everything but the free mounting and balancing is taking forever. It would be way better for me to just do it myself

The exhaust is too loud for my taste but since I started the engine they won't accept it for a trade or return. Also the hangers don't line up and I was unable to fully install the muffler. I called customer assistance but they were unable to help me.

Had high expectations because I was advised by friends to purchase from this website, however they sent me the wrong item I purchased an open box exhaust for a gmc sierra but got sent brackets for a ram 2500. They won't even give me a refund they want to give me store credit when they don't even have the item I originally ordered.

Perfect fit on my 2024 F150 to hop into the bed with the Pro Access Tailgate deployed. Ford only offers a center step for the door access opening that did not fit my needs.
