Bought a wicker bill open box spoiler with light scuffs and scratches. When it come in it had broken mounting studs, completely gone, broken off. There was no mounting hardware at all.
So I spent about 700 on a Corsa intake and a Corsa catch can. The catch can was missing hardware which didn't allow me to install. So I contacted American Muscle just to be told that I have to submit pics and that's fine but also I will have to wait approximately 10 business days to get my parts if approved. So then I decided just to return it and buy a different brand but unfortunately the process is the same. I have to send pics of the return and still wait 10 Business days before I could get this approved. It's to much just to get my parts corrected or just to make a simple return.

I ordered a set of headlights for my 2015 Camaro ss, I received the delivery on time but it was the wrong product in the box. Called customer service submitted pics three business days later I had a label to ship them back. 10 days later I receive my replacement headlights and they sent the exact same wrong ones. Now I have to start the process all over and wait another 10 or so days to hopefully receive the correct parts. I will say the customer service people are friendly and try to help but are unwilling to go ahead and ship out my replacements even though my car is in the paint shop waiting on headlights for almost a month.
