I was looking for a specific part for my daughters' car. I was able to find it easily and place my order. It arrived quickly and was packaged nicely with no damage. The part was in great shape and worked for what I needed perfectly.

Ordered a Crome dip stick for my twin turbo 90 mustang. Spent the winter dumping a ton of money in. I have a 302 block in it. Dip stick I received is not the same length as original dip stick(factory). Tube is shorter and stick is not same length as original stick. My entire life has been cars and working on cars. I was offended when I was told I should have a professional service technician install it and see if it fits. Now it's possible this is for a deep pan? Or a different type of pan? Tech on call seemed unable to give any answers or solutions other then I jump through a group of hurdles. Such as photo part, show report from installation tech and print of my own labels, repackage part and take to a shipping facility. To get a refund. Uninterested in solving the problem. Or finding a solution to help. Not that I would do any of the listed above. I reordered from another source solved my problem, and learned a good lesson for the car club boys.

4 shocks shipped to me individually all came in damaged and or missing hardware. Customer service said would take a week to get replacement back to me after all the pictures and everything were submitted. Returned item and only gave 1 shipping label for 4 items. Had to purchase a box to put them all in and didn't get reimbursed for that either even though they shipped them all to me just opened and individually.

Boxes came damaged and opened with missing hardware. Spoke to customer service and was informed it would take a week to have new parts by the time you submit photos, photos reviewed, product return, then new product sent out. Parts and boxes look used and like a prior return that were just taped back up without even checking.
Great store, affordable prices and fast shipping. The only thing is shipping to PR is too high I think.
Arrived early and were ready to install. Good experience.

I would describe myself as a novice when it comes to modifying my car, but AM makes it so easy to narrow down and find what I want within my budget. Plus, AM can help find shops near you in case DYI isn't your thing. They even have their own videos on YouTube for walkthroughs on the products they sell which is really cool. Their shipping is fast and reliable, everything is packed nice and neat in the boxes. I will happily continue buying fun things for my car through AM.
Ordered wheels over a year ago received incorrect centre caps and couldn't get a straight answer when the correct ones where going to be shipped. Fast forward a year later got billed for a replacement set then gave me a store credit which I'll probably never use.
