My last two orders from American Muscle have been nothing but a disaster. Most recently ordered a kit of half shafts, Order arrived with one half shaft (not two as listed) and was damaged upon arrival. Contacted American Muscle to get a replacement and they stated it would take up to a week for the return process plus additional days for shipping.
My first order placed with American Muscle was a 4" Cowl Hood for my 2015 Mustang Gt. I received a 3" cowl hood for a 2004 Mustang Gt and had to wait till I sent this one back to receive my replacement. (Took 6 weeks) again a shipping issue with American Muscle
I would not recommend AM to anyone as it seems they having serious shipping problems

You shipped me the wrong parts to my US address. I brought my decals back to Canada and they were wrong when I opened the package. Called CS. They will not send new product or credit. They want me to ship the product back at my cost. Canada to USA, it's going to cost me more$.
Response from CS was too bad you should've checked they were correct before you left the country. My response - my job is not to be your quality control and pay for your mistakes. You've lost a customer over this.
