Amazon is a very popular online shop and for a good reason. It has all of the best things that anyone could neeed. I have been shopping on amazon for years and I have never been dissapointed. You should however note that there are some fake products in the store but you can always identify them if you are keen.

Amazo is a very good online shop. I have bought so many things at very discounted prices. The best hing is that I am always guaranteed of delivery. I have never faced any problems while shoping on amazon. You just have to make sure that you know what you want.

I have posted my bad experience with Amazon.de CS on their Twitter account. Was promptly and professionally contacted by Amazon Twitter Support. They have resolved the issue for me. I only wish that regular CS agents on Amazon.de marketplace have shown such goodwill to help and not only sending me automatic emails without even trying to resolve the issue.

I have bought Roborock vacuum cleaner on Amazon.de from UK. After aproximately half a year of regular use (prodact did a good job vacuuming and moping with small glitches) product sudenly started displaying internal ERROR 104 and did not want to vacuum or mop anymore. Since there is a one year waranty I have contacted manufacturer on their website several times with but no reply was received at all. As product is still under varanty I have contacted Amazon for help. At first it seems they were helpful and asked me to return the product from UK to given address in Germany. No paid label was provided but was advised to send it anyways, keep receipt and email it for refund once package is received. I have paid GBP111 for return shipping, however given Amazon depot address in Dresden was not valid and DHL in Germany was not able to deliver package which is now being returned to me. After contacting postal services they have advised that pacakge return will last months if everything is ok with customs clearing on the way back. Contacted Amazon and they apologised for giving wrong address and told me to resend it back to a different address when I received it back(if ever). I am now GBP900 (produt price) and GBP111 (return shipping) out of pocket and don't even know when and if ever package with product will be returned. Amazon is not willing to do any refunds for return shipping to the wrong address they have provided or product untill same has been received by them. There are numerous reports of people returning products from Uk to Dresden in Germany just to be told that delivery can't be made to return address and wasting their money ( https://www.hotukdeals.com/discussions/amazonde-amazon-germany-return-wrong-address-parcelforcedhl-4049571). Amazon CS is not willing to pass my complaint to their manager and are giving canned replies that they can't do anything before item is received by them. Very bad experience with manuffacturer and Amazon CS.

I created my account on amazon.de and buy item and in 1min they blocked me... Amazon texted me that I need to proof my balance of gift card... Why they didn't ask it when I was uploaded it? So when u put ur own money to balance =everything is ok... when u wanna buy items for ur own =they blocked u!

I ordered few products for furnishing my new house when I moved to a new city. The prices and products are good but deliveries were mostly messed up. Either they arrive earlier than expected when I am not home or later when I waited at home. Should have some sort of exact timings to hand in the heavy deliveries

I ordered an iPhone for 930 €, on the day of delivery the parcel was delivered to someone else's name and I could not find the parcel! Amazon support staff promised to return my money, but after long waits, calls, letters, visits to the police to lawyers and attorneys, they didnt return my money! Still! Worst experience of my life

Good service, but shipping costs are too much. They are even offering you amazon prime, in order to get a free shipping, but after you pay for prime, you see that shipping price is the same (10 eur for a flash drive). That's too much.

I cancled an order that was made by mistake only 12 houers and it was impossible!
And... it is impossible to send back the orderthe packes was sent back to me again
And they do not care they want it back to their hands inorder to give me back my money

Disaster! Scam! Avoid!
They managed to take the payment from my card but failed ever since - the promissed delivery date has passed, customer service advised that it will take two more days, but again no delivery! Then they cancelled the order and said the refund will take 10 days! Disgusting! Shame, shame!

Big mistake

The last thing I recommend you is to choose this site. The product you want to buy is the most exorbitant product of the market, moreover for months to wait, as well as the vendor to see if you want to see the discretion. It's a disgraceful site to make all of this happen to you. If you do not want to experience infamy when there are hundreds of companies in the market who sell the products you want, stay away from here. I think it's a friendly recommendation.

Amazon.de is extremely careless and ignorant when it comes to packaging - they simply use whatever old bag they have lying around, throw your order inside and ship it - no bubble wrap of fragile items, not extra insulation for sustainable bags that can easily tear, not even using the appropriate size box/bag emaning that the items inside get smashed before they even arrive. Plus they have no customer service to contact, offer no refund for damaged goods, basically they don't care about their customers whatsovever so the experience is the worst possible and you'll be better off avoiding purchasing anything from them, trust me - tested a couple of times, so it's no a review based on a one off pruchase experience, but on repeated disappointment with the last few orders. I've learnt my lesson now and hopefully can save someone a bit of pain sharing this.

Amazon DE are scammers scammed me for 3000 euro

amazon.de are absolute scammers, i bought 3000 euros of giftcards with coinsbee a company in germany, after i added them to the amazon account and ordered it was blocked and the order cancelled and i was told to provide info the bank card attached to the account belonged to me, i got a letter from my bank confirming ownership of the bank card ect and now they they need to see the 'proof of transaction' of me trying to buy the stuff from amazon via my bank i told them this is not possible because the order was fully paid in gift cards now they have totally ignored me and keep talking nonsense on the phone SCAMMERS this has been ongoing from september 2021 how is this theft legal

Avoid this scam!

Stopped use this platform, i found it most expensive and not safe place for shopping as they support scam. Also if you leave negative reviews even if you have a proof of the problem, they don't post on their review section. I have been scammed with micro sd card, after some time i found this is a fake card because couldn't fill up that space as a fictional 512gb, i sent complain, no answer from amazon, i tried to put review about it they did not publish. So my solution is DO NOT USE THEM!

Horrible!

Most horrible service ever experienced. Ordered 2 items 18th november that would be delivered 22th november. Contacted amazon 22th november that we did not receive anything and that the tracking status did not change from "Package left the facility". Their response: wait till 30th november and contact us back. As to be expected, again nothing received any tracking status did not change anymore. Will never order here again. An order placed the 18th november and almost 2 weeks later no update, no goods received.

Here are so many fake

This online shop used to be good but now it is just bad I mean like there are so many fake products beig sold on amazonand no one is doing anything about it. It is very frustrating and I hate it. You have to be keen all the time or you wll end up buying fake things. Always chekc the price because a huge disount has a reason behind it.

All I wanted was 3 packs of Life Savers, I am an American living in Germany and went to Amazon.de to order lifesavers. I received a Amazon.de gift card from my friend for Christmas so I figured I would use it to purchased said lifesavers.yet when I tried to make the purchase I received this response from Amazon:

"Your account is temporarily on hold.

During this time, you won't be able to access your account, use any Prime benefits or gift card balance, or place orders. To regain access to your account, you will need to confirm details related to your payment method.

We took this action because either the Amazon gift card or the Amazon gift card balance that you are using is in violation of our "Terms and Conditions"."

In no way was in violation of these "Terms of Service". It does not appear that using a valid 14-digit voucher code for an Amazon.de gift card violates any of the listed terms of service for redemption. As long as the gift card was purchased legally and has not yet expired, it can be redeemed on the Admitted Websites for qualified products, and any remaining balance will be credited to the gift voucher account until the expiration date. It is also permitted to use multiple gift vouchers per order and combine them with one promotional voucher per order. Additionally, gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for further gift vouchers or Kindle subscriptions, and gift vouchers or their balances cannot be transferred to another Amazon.de customer account or paid out in cash.
