I filled out the info for address and cc info and when I clicked on placed order it would bring to paypal. The screen had some email address and asked me to donate. I hit the back button to go back to the site and it told me my shopping cart was empty. So I had to go through the whole process of picking my items again and putting my cc info in again. Same thing happened again. I also thought something was strange when I put my email in so I can emails for sales and stuff and I never got one. Even checked my spam...nothing. If they aren't in business anymore why do they still have a website?
I ordered a packed to be delivered on the 23rd of September. It says it's been delivered but I never recieved it. I have emailed customer service multiple times with no response. It this point I just want my refund.
Quick shipping and some of my favorite products for great prices. I think they are closed now :( but when they were open i stocked on lots of products. I hope they come back
